There is a concerning pattern of animal abandonment in Hillsborough and Hernando counties

The Humane Society of Tampa Bay says they're seeing abandoned dogs nearly every week. Most recently, they're helping to care for two dogs found in Thonotasassa.

Another issue is most doodles need to be groomed and this is expensive unless you can DIY. If you can't afford to maintain their coat don't get a doodle in the first place.

Breeders should be made to have each dog or cat chipped and registered before a sale. Stop supporting puppy and kitten mills by buying one from online advertisements or pet stores. Don't shop, adopt!

It's because no landlords allow pets anymore whether service animals or not .. in Florida they never solve the real problems, but go after the poor ..
