🔥 How to Install Hadoop on Windows 11

In this video, I’ll show how you can install Hadoop on Windows 11.
Apache Hadoop is an open-source framework that is used to efficiently store and process large datasets ranging in size from gigabytes to petabytes of data. Instead of using one large computer to store and process the data, Hadoop allows clustering multiple computers to analyze massive datasets in parallel more quickly.

okay , i want to add something
If you have installed your jdk in "Program files" or any other folder which contains space in it's name , then in hadoop-env file you need to make as follow
IF : You have path like : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17.0.1
THEN : C:\Progra~1\Java\jdk-17.0.1
or
enclose it within double quotes
"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17.0.1"
it worked for me

on command prompt i can see java -version showing me version but in C drive, i can't see any Java folder where jdk folder is located.. how its possible??
i have used D drive to create java folder and hadoop is also installed there

just use another directory other than the default one that is the Program(x86). I guess due do some spaces in the directory it doesnt work,changing java directory fixed it for me.

Error: JAVA_HOME is incorrectly set.
Please update C:\hadoop-3.3.6\etc\hadoop\hadoop-env.cmd

if your java is inside "Program files" then in java path put "Progra~1" instead of program files like for example > set JAVA_HOME=C:\Progra~1\Java\jdk-20
