Buchaechum - Traditional Korean dance, usually performed by a group of female dancers with decorated fans.
This was the opening performance at the Taekwondo Demonstration at Namsangol Hanok Village (Seoul, South Korea).
The song is from the opening theme of King Geunchogo (Korean drama) original soundtrack (thanks for the info Ji Won Lee).
