Unpopular opinion here. Nakhwol is a good unit that finally open up a control and debuff centric playstyle, and perhaps several other cool combination team other than braindead casino bruiser game.
Even an ai Nakwhol will demonstrate how nutty her low cooldowns are. She needs at the very least a nerf on her cooldowns, if not something removed or changed in her kit to balance her. Also I'd rather not play the 50/50 game in all the matches I face, if I can even bring a blue unit. Also base speed isn't going to matter if you're facing people with better speed gear. Please don't use that as an example of countering her if theoretical can't match up with what's realistic. I can't even reach 290 on faster units and you have her at 294.
You mentioned at one or two points sbout missng on s3 and s2. The s2 seals before attacking so evasion/disadvantage doesn't matter for S2. I just woke up so I might have just misunderstood you though haha Overall, she is certainly not end of the game strong but has an unhealthy kit. I don't think there is anything wrong with any specific part of her kit. Like I know some people dislike she has seal or ignore er or increase cd. The actual problem is that she had all of that at the same time and more
All debuffs have a base 15% chance to miss regardless of elements, effectiveness and effect resistance. Against elemental disadvantage, they have chance to evade, evades reduce debuff ability to land as well. So only way to guarantee debuff is tagahels support mage and to burn for effect resistance ignore
Shes a good counter to cillias and candy which is very welcome, i just think her s1 is unnecessary. Plus she has to choose between guiding light and symbol/andres crossbow The fact she has to hit her skill makes her builds much more tolerable than... lua If we had a better water cleanser then shed fit right in, but the only one i can think of is Amomo
3 days later all these people realize she's a mid tier hero and clilias, ml landy, lua still conquer fp RTA like we said dont hype the hero too much shes not that toxic compare to those unit u said
@@joshuadelremedios1335 the actual prob is u probably wont be picking ml landy into her. the best counterplay. here's the situation: let say preban is ed+zio (coz ur a cleaver) opponent ban lua cilias. FP is opponent (Nakhwol). what's your choice as a second picker? this situation alone negate any t2 unit. make sense? pick ice/evasion unit and pray she miss? that's not smart if that was effective riolet /adin would owned e7wc till now. let say your option was ice unit(best case scenario here is choux) opponent counteract with zahak+green cid. see my point? she force u to pick things your uncomfortable with. she force u to speed contest and cleave. best option would be peira ran then counteract from there. the thing is i've seen most people lose when using nakhwol is cuz they mess up their draft. unlike using lua u can easily pivot. but if ur picking nakhwol u have to commit to cleave. everyone was surprise how marguerite won e7wc coz u could argue most of those contender hv better gear than him but he won because his draft strategy is on point. nakhwol break that balance because her kit is overloaded n force u into certain draft that is easier to predict. that's the reason she's not liked by many
I’m not going to lie but saying she has many counters isn’t exactly true. Praying for RNG on evasion or blue unit or out speed her is literally what people said about hwayoung “she has a lot of counters just cleave her” is not counter play and it’s absolutely unhealthy for the game
Most slower players who don’t have good speed gear rely on zio and Due to guiding light even if you take the first turn you need aoe or full party strip to hit her and yes I’ve played in champion rank for 95% of my time playing this game
dude u dont need high speed to counter her im literally using destina / ml chloe w/ bruiser comp against her adding evasion is good but the thing is losing 1turn to bruiser player isnt even that bad if they can't wipe u out try to check most streamer they even see that Nahkwol is just a mid unit hero she's not versatile like ml lilias and lua and she can't be used to any comp compare to those units

And her soul burn ignores ER so what if they bring book reset destina/maid Chloe and wipe you? You’re not thinking optimal results you’re basing it off of your perception not optimally. Even most streamers say “she’s extremely strong most people are just testing and understanding her she will be broken in a month”

Sorry but last video "nakhwol is so op", now "she's not that op", i don't really matter about her but in my opinion her kit is overloaded and skill 2 cd is too fast, still think she need a some nerf tho
I still think she needs nerf, maybe remove the extra turn to soulburn or increase the cooldown of s2, she cycles her s2 way too much. I personally think reset skill cooldown shouldn't be mechanic in the first place but if there is a unit with such a broken mechanic then they shouldn't have extra turn on top of that
"Not as strong as you think" said by a player who plays the game first year and been non-stop on the grind and almost have all great gears that exist. It may not be bad for him but for you a year or 6 month player this character is broken as fck, dont try to downplay her this is the result of smilegate releasing problems and selling the solutions later. A non stop cycle, if your not a first year hard core gamer. This unit is gonna bust you ass all of the time. And theres nothing in this game asides pvp on end game so yeahhh good luck with that.

As for speed stuff I think she can actually be run as a red sharun in a control comp too, but she has to be pretty Tanky and about 230~ speed
