I’ve even gone down a shoe size lol I’m only 4ft 11 and being a size 22 my health was suffering so I had to do something. I donated 5 black bags to charity shop so far but after being a 22 for so many years I have tons to go through
I totally understand when you said an item was from an era you want to leave behind - I’ve recently had a massive declutter for that very reason - it’s liberating 😊 xxx
Hi Becky, I decluttered last week ! I then do a carboot with what I don't keep, it's a few hours in a field making money without postage charges and I always do well even selling things that are well worn ! Always surprised what people will buy ! 😂😂 All that space I now have feels so refreshing till I refill !!! ❤

Becky my old boy and me had a clear out last week. We took 1 big bag to one charity shop and 3 to another. The thing is we don’t have any more room than before. Strange. I’ll have to be more strict and do another sweep. Trouble is some things have an emotional attachment don’t they. 😂
Hi Becky, My hubby is always moaning about how many clothes I've got. He reckons I've got 50 pairs of trousers and 20pairs of jeans a bit of an exaggeration though. I know i have a lot. Will have get my granddaughter's to help me go through my clothes. I tend to keep them if i like them. Even though i cannot get in some of them. Sad isn't it? Patricia ❤
I just started to put my things into a closet app because I keep forgetting what I own. Decluttering goes hand in hand with that. It takes forever though because you take pictures of everything and enter some information like color and what season you want to wear it etc.
Becky if you have the time you could set up an Instagram account just to sell your clothes and people can check it out daily,and message you with what they want.Just a suggestion x
