I have historically LOVED plastic/rubbery wands and love the Ilia limitless mascara too! It's my current favorite. It reminds me of my OG drugstore favorite, the E.l.f. 3-in-1 mascara (R.I.P.) except it doesn't remain sticky/wet which was that one's only flaw. I prefer my lashes to look likethemselves but darker and longer and this gives me that. And it's easy enough to remove!
I do love the Ami Cole mascara too, but it's an underdog for me bc I don't generally like volumizing, thick/drier formulas. But somehow every single time I reach for it I'm pleasantly surprised with the results.

I like tubing mascara a lot! I used to use the one by Blink Inc and I always liked that one. I'm using the Caliray one, and it's different, but I guess it's still a tubing one.

I’m back! What happened to lily lolo? I just saw your review from a year or so ago and you compared it to lash paradise which is one of my favs.

Soooooo, I tried the Merit last year and hated it. At the same time also tried the Bite Beauty and that thing ran like a thief in the night. I’ve settled on Lawless for now. I did by the small Ilia because of you last year but don’t remember if I liked it or not. 🤔 Will pick it up again. What clean hair products do you use to straighten your hair outside of Olaplex? I’m primarily looking for a heat protector (before flat iron) or even a good blowout cream which can get hair sleek-ish.
Oh no! Sorry you didn't like it. The bite beauty one I need to clean the wand off and setting my under eyes with that mascara. I also dont really use much heat protector in my hair honestly (I know so bad.) But I have used the bondiboost one and liked it.

There are def a few changes to the list for a few but I still love those mascaras! There have been a few really good launches tho that have knocked some of them out of the list. I will have to redo the video soon 💚

I saw the kosas lipstick on sale and ordered two backups! 💚 also I think the merit might be nice to layer with the Caliray one since they are both tubing! I personally like to layer the Jones Road Beauty one with the Caliray mascara

My fave is ilia limitless lash but their fullest volumizing mascara is one of the worst. I didn’t like the milk mascara, it made my lashes feel worse & lost more lashes with it. Same problem with Caliray mascara, really bad for my lashes, I liked it at first but removal was tragic, it totally ruined my lashes. I like freck beauty lash rocket mascara, my lashes feel conditioned and I love the brush & formula. I want to try merit but I don’t like tubing mascara anymore because of caliray….
Not all tubing mascaras as the same but I totally understand! Not all formulas are for everyone. The ilia Volumizing mascara is def one that the wand needs to be clean off and under eyes need to be set with powder. I am so glad you like the freck beauty mascara. That one is also a really good one! 💚
@@TheCleanBeautyCode I remember liking the blinc tubing mascara I tried in the past because it was so easy to remove. I just couldn’t get the caliray all the way off, I would still have mascara on in the morning & that never happens. The ilia fullest just got so clumpy after a couple weeks which made it harder to apply. I don’t have any issues with ilia limitless, I just wish it had a softer brush like the freck brush. I’m definitely going to try jones road mascara next! Thanks!
