The hidden risks of using your personal payment method on Instacart

Is using your personal payment method on Instacart risky? If so, how and when would it be risky? Have you ever considered why they allow this possibility to begin with?
I’m sure you can guess that I did it once before and it went well with no issues. This time it did not go well. I am disappointed with Instacart agents/finance team who don’t seem to be able to connect the dots. I give up.
Learn from my experience is this video and see when it is and when it is NOT a good idea to use your own payment for an Instacart order.
