    How are you going to stop and search somebody suspicious, find BULLETS in their possession and then NOT search them THOROUGHLY for a possible gun??? It just baffles me.

    • @darma99
      @darma99 2 years ago +418

      That's my first thought. Who the hell bring randomly unpack bullets in their pocket? There's must be a gun he carried.

      Idiots. They had more than a hint that he could be carrying a weapon, and then failed to search him properly? What were they thinking of?

    • @randomjimbitz512
      @randomjimbitz512 2 years ago

      This is what happens when cops dont have guns... they think that no one else has them either... Criminals will always have guns even if the "good guys" don't because they don't follow laws...

  • @JohnathanJoseLouw
    @JohnathanJoseLouw 2 years ago +3596

    The lazy ass cop really arrested him for possession of bullets not expecting for the suspect to have a gun, I'm baffled by the stupidity

    • @MG-uz5mr
      @MG-uz5mr 2 years ago +93

      They were clearly going to give him a full/strip search. He was just very manipulative and thought out, storing his gun while in the car and evading detection. This isn't laziness it's just a deeply unfortunate situation

    • @rhainaweissehexe3899
      @rhainaweissehexe3899 2 years ago +57

      Me too. Chances are, if he had bullets, he had a gun. Even if they had to do a strip search, it should have been done!!!!!

    • @WestCoastTruckingCEO
      @WestCoastTruckingCEO 2 years ago +50

      @rhainaweissehexe3899where did he have it concealed? It's pretty fu*king hard to hide an entire gun on your body. There has to be more to this as he either retrieved it in the police station OR he had help on the inside because even a routing pat-down will result in a gun discovered if it's there. It can only be hidden near the waist area so there's no way to miss that unless he had it strapped to his ankle. Was the cop so lazy to not even pat his legs down? You are searched even more extensively once you enter the station so I just don't understand how this could happen

    • @rhainaweissehexe3899
      @rhainaweissehexe3899 2 years ago +57

    • @jeffro221
      @jeffro221 Month ago +11

      @THESTIG-cc7fq His point was how can you be a police officer and see something in his pocket and BELIEVES they are bullets. It doesn't take much to recognize a bullet.

    • @THESTIG-cc7fq
      @THESTIG-cc7fq Month ago +5

      Because the UK isn't overrun with guns and bullets. Unlike the USA. He saw what could be bullets, but if they turned out to be fake, he wouldn't know at that point, because UK cops aren't required to be ballistics experts. Why would they be?
      Fancy sneering at the police of another country because they aren't used to gun violence.

      The government here in Britain introduced a new anti terrorism law a few years back which allows them to stop and search anyone at anytime. Causing a lot of trouble with normal law abiding folk because they abuse this power.

ITS CALLES A TERRY SEARCH AND IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. YOU MUST BE SUSPECTED OF A CRIME AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE TOLD WHAT CRIME BEFORE SUBMITTING TO A SEARCH OR EVEN HANDING OVER YOUR ID. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS STOP THESE TYRANTS. And acting suspicious is not a crime. They will tell you acting suspicious so they have to id you...NOPE!!! ask the what is the statute number for acting g suspicious that makes it a crime. AGAIN KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. "THREE TIMES I've asked you" not to put your hands in your pockets, but he doesn't search his pockets or his trench coat to put himself, and his partner at ease? Then, finds bullets and his mind doesn't leap to the possibility of a gun in his possession? But, the officer says he's being arrested for "possession of a firearm", but none recovered even though he had "a foot long gun" hidden in his coat when he was searched? It's clear that the arresting officer was negligent in his duty to give a sufficient pat-down search of the suspect who was carrying bullets and drugs that would have found the foot-long gun he had under his coat. A foot-long gun. This murder could have been avoided if the arresting officer had done his job.

      Armed police arrested a man in Manchester last year for carrying garden tools from his garden back to his house. You open what oh yourselves to that stuff happening in general as even before you get to the Police department. You are God then in that instance of the scene. It is safe to assume that constable who did the initial cursory search is living with extreme guilt, knowing he failed to do a thorough field search thus missing the foot long hand gun and that gun killed his fellow officer, injuring others and himself. The mere fact the suspect had ammunition was probable cause to search him further by removing his coat entirely. The in-cab cctv even show him digging continually in his back area, as he did the same while seated in the holding area. A two man arm/hand hold control of the suspect after removing the restraints would have been the safest action to do. Just an observation.

      @GamiGreenI don't think they did. It's hard to tell but it looks like right when the footage ends he's managed to pull the gun out and bring up to his hip and fire forwards while his hands are still cuffed behind his back. That's why the footage ends so abruptly at that point as that's when the shooting starts. He knew they were about to find the gun because the officer to our left is holding a metal detector. Ya never see the cuffs being taken off. 🤷‍♂

      @ChopSquadBaby@MandenTV is correct, that is not how it works. I recently had a look at the Sky News Courts youtube channel and some of the recent sentences they showed were:-
      Gunman who shot dead a young girl jailed for at least 42 years.
      Two 16 year olds killed a 16 year old with a knife because they thought he was somebody else. One was jailed for a minimum of 18 years and the other for a minimum of 16 years. The judge said it would have been higher if they had been 18 instead of 16.
      A stepfather who killed a two year old child jailed for at least 28 years and the mother for 6.
      Nigerian politician, wife and doctor jailed over "organ harvesting" plot, sentenced under Modern Slavery Act. He received 9 years, the wife 4.5 and the doctor 10 years.
      16 year old killed a 14 year old with a knife and sentenced to at least 19 years. It would have been higher if he had been 17 and even more so if had been 18+
      A murderer who killed a young girl 30 years ago was recently convicted. He was sentenced to at least 29 years. The judge said that if the murder had been more recent then he would be serving at least 37 years but the law was different back then when the offence took place.
      A couple who killed their baby son were sentenced, with the father sentenced to at least 29 years and the mother 27 years.
      Another couple who killed their baby. The father sentenced to at least 32 years and the mother to 10 years.
      19 yo pleaded guilty to planning acts of terrorism and intending to join ISIS in Syria. He received a 1/3 reduction for pleading guilty and he was sentenced to at least 6 years.
