how do you get it to work with the USb-C cable? Whatever screen I connect with the HDMI works fine but the one I connect with the USB-C to USB-C refuses to work for me

Same issue.. Any chance you're referring to the Surface Laptop 4? It's frustrating hearing him say he has an old laptop and "you can use this with most laptops made in the past 5.. 7yrs or so" and it not be compatible with this one. Smh
Mine was an Asus vivobook. I ended returning the screen. I think with a a hub I could have made it work, but the goal was less wires not more. Would be great if both screens could be powered by a single source

I'm thinking you can use a power USB instead of taking up all the computer slots? i need one for trackball or stylus. Touch pads are very good for production.

It is close to $300 in Canada. Might as well go to a place that sells used monitors for $40 and buy 2. Just make sure they rotate and go up and down.

Can it work along with a laptop stand?
I find the monitor extenders use a lot of battery and my ThinkPad needs the usb-c port to power it. Has anyone else had this issue and did you overcome it?

Hello! Thank you for posting this video, but is it compatible with a MacBook Air? I just purchased one and I'm only able to get 1 screen to work. Also, are you able to go more slowly so I can see WHICH cable you're attaching to WHICH port in the back of each screen - since there are 3 slots - 1 HDMI and 2 others. Help please!

@melissalenicol5268 I am using a PC. The issue is the laptop. The USB c port only transmits data. Apparently an outdated system.
