By the time she gets out, people in America and elsewhere will use rubles to pay for beef on the black markets while they figure out what to do with worthless dollars that are only accepted in government stores. That is of course, unless the left legalizes pedophilia before then. Then she might get out much earlier.
Ummmm . . . What you are not understanding is most of them are children, therefore the "whole" list will never go public. Also the government has to look into each and every person on this list before it can be released to the public, otherwise "Next door neighbor" will get there first and "trump" their plans on indictments . . Otherwise yes, I would like to find out as well, and I guarantee that there is adults on the list . .
I actually think this is a good resolution for all involved. They didn't charge her with trafficking women to have actual sex with actual famous people, they just charged her with facilitating the massage. Keep the bad stuff under wraps, let Ghislaine be the fall guy, give her a harsh sentence of 20 years to make us all forget. By then, Donald Trump will be dead, so will Bill Clinton, so will Bill Gates. This resolution protects the important people for as long as is needed, without raising more suspicion. Suicide wouldn't, charging her with real sex trafficking wouldn't, the best option is to just let her fade into obscurity with the only mention being an entry in the "notable inmates" section of the Danbury prison Wikipedia page.

My theory is that it builds a rapport with your audience, you feel more connected to the creator because you know exactly how they'll introduce you to their latest content. Familiarity.
It depends. I know from people that when it comes to the state system, COUNTY is FAR worse than prison. In a lot of county jails they can stick three or four people to a cell.

I met a lady who was working in a warehouse who did 14 years as a corrections officer in both male and female facilities in Ohio. One of her comments on the difference between the two was that she was " Safer " in the men's facility because plenty of the male inmates would not put up with abuse or disrespect towards women officers, thus creating a protective situation for her. She said if a male inmate laid a hand on her " they would get a beat down " by other male inmates before other officers even arrived on scene. This was NOT the case in the women's facility....She said " I was on my own " and " we women are Viscous "....her words. She had a MUCH easier time in the men's facilities.
Not all prisoners are completely depraved. I can say right now, even if I were the worst criminal, I can’t stand to see women and children in destress.
In some ways the manipulation might be worse, the victims are more likely to blame themselves rather than a person who had the threat of violence over there heads
I think the charges were what prosecutors could prove not just what happened. Transporting a minor across state lines for the purposes of their engaging in some kind of unlawful sexual contact meets the statutory requirements for trafficking. All that needed to be proven to convict was the transportation (flight logs) and a single predicate act (the sketchy massage once it involved any sexual component). On the other hand, rape would be extremely difficult to prove - especially when the alledged perpetrator had died. So they decided to go for the easiest charge they could prove, which incidentally alao comes with a rather steep sentence. That said, by definition a minor can not consent so even if they were paid (maybe ESPECIALLY if they were paid), this was criminal. Also, given what epstine was charged with in Florida, where he very definitely DID commit statutory rape, I do not doubt for a moment he did the same thing in this case as well, even if it wasn't charged or otherwise proven.

The perps seem to forget (or never consider) that prison inmates often have children, and because they're in prison and can't be there in person to protect their children they take their rage out on inmates who are convicted child molesters. Good on them!! Anyone who would molest a child deserves exactly what they get -- legally or not. I can understand the motive behind most crimes... with the exception of crimes involving sex and especially crimes involving sex with underage individuals who literally can't give consent. Epstein knew he probably wouldn't have survived an encounter with a hardened inmate who had underage daughters at home; if someone killed him they saved him from a "fate worse than death", which is really unfortunate. I actually saw her in R&D in Brooklyn MDC. I was being processed out when she came back from court in December 2021. She has an air about her - walks like real money. If you’ve ever been around it you know know what I mean.
I think it's a bit short sighted to not view what happened as trafficking just because you think they could've got up and left, trafficking spans a lot of stuff and when sexual assault is involved there's a power imbalance and there's guilt which stops the person leaving and telling others what's happening

*_It depends on the state, NY has only one women’s prison if I remember correctly, and that’s Bedford which is Max-A. Don’t know anything about other states or Federal prisons so I can’t speak to those.._*
I did 13 months in Dauphin County Prison and never once did the female inmate population rise above 100. Yet oddly enough the male population was never below 800. Weird huh?

Women’s prisons are absolutely the worst. My Pops and I build Prisons back in the nineties. I was a fabricator and he was an AC tech. I would fabricate ductwork and other various metal products. My Pops would go into the prisons to install and start up the AC equipment. He always told me the Men’s prisons were always, for the most part, fine to work in. They could take all their tools in for work in the Men’s prisons. He said the Inmates were always cool towards him and his guys. The Women’s prison was a totally different story. Yes, they were forward, telling my Pops and his guys how they would fuck him and do all these crazy things to them. The guards would only let them take in a small amount of necessary tools and keep them away from the women as he said the women would try to reach for a tool, like a screw driver, and stick them with it. He said they were disgusting and violent. I only had the opportunity to occasionally work in a Men’s jail or Prison, thank goodness never in a women’s jail or prison. Women were supposedly nutty as hell.
I find it crazy she could be in a low security prison because of the flight/escape risk when considering her money, reach and influence and also because I'm guessing it's easier for other inmates to get near her than it would be in a higher security prison and most people don't like offenders of the sorts of crimes she's committed. That and given what happened to Epstein, whatever you think eg he did it himself or someone did it to him, surely they'd want to ensure the same doesn't happen to her (again, not a reflection on my views on her).
Women at least as far as I know with state level prisons arent as down on ppl because of those kind of charges as they are in any type of mens prison. Its just not the same, dunno if its because you've got a lot of women locked up in state prisons for killing their kids or what but they arent targeted like they are in mens prisons. Yeah if something happens & there's a fight or argument someone might make a snarky remark like "baby killer" to them but its nothing like how men treat ppl in prison with certain charges. Guess thats one actual good thing about womens prisons, most women arent very hypocritical when it comes to what ppl are locked up for which makes mens prisons seem so much more petty to me. A murderer thinking his charge is so much better than someone elses when that persons victim is still alive at the very least. The family of the murder victim have to drive to a graveyard & stare at a headstone. Not saying what they did isnt horrible but a murderer damn sure shouldnt feel high & mighty in comparison
Low security is still behind a locked gate, camps are not. High security is more for ppl with violent crimes, gang related charges etc. So low security federal is fine for a flight risk, she doesnt fit max security status

I've been under the impression that ANY sex-related offenses, no matter how small, would likely be treated by other inmates as the worst possible case without any differentiation, or consideration of the facts?

There is a vast gulf between the US and Europe on things like that. 20 years is realistic. We do have a "whole life tariff" if the judge desires than to stay until death

This was a really good and interesting video. I found this one in the last year or so and I really enjoy it. I also am an attorney. Larry, you had one thing wrong, and you were incredibly far off. No problem, it is simply the legal thing. What you described as your idea of "sex trafficking" is essentially the worst case scenario. There are much, much, much less awful actions that legally constitute sex trafficking. All that said, keep it up! Your videos are very interesting and you present well!
Met a guy who worked at a social service to rehabilitate young women who were trafficked around the country. The usual procedure is: Find a young person, often a runaway. Begin a "romantic" relationship with them and promise a good job/community many states away from anyone that knows them. End up with financial problems where the girl/boy just has to do sex work a few times (drugs helps with this). Manipulating desperate young people is as easy as clock work. We'd like to think that a person would be able to make smart decisions for themselves and get out, but its more complicated than that.

The person was convicted but the real challenge that she said the DA had was getting the girls to testify in any "meaningful" way against him b/c at some point, they'd been more or less romantic.

You mention Trump yet leave out Clinton who actually went to the island. The flight logs specifically show that Trump only went on flights to New Jersey. Clinton went to the island several times according to the flight logs.
She already has 2 years time served so that cuts to 15.5. I also believe she made other deals if no names come out. I think she has backup tapes hidden. I also think when she gets done serving time she is going to have to go to U.K. and face charges there. That's when she will never be heard from again.
U.K. prison sentences are a joke. We had some grooming gang get busted a few years back that make this Epstein stuff look like a joke and most involved got less than 10 years.
Ghislaine sought vulnerable, under age victims and knew damn well what she was participating in. And I reckon he was bumped off in jail. Not sure if her money will talk behind bars, her earnings were gained by illegal acts.

The issue with Ghislaine is that the courts went out of their way to protect all the people that were clients. Its why the charges are so easy on her.

I think it's a bit short sighted to not view what happened as trafficking just because you think they could've got up and left, trafficking spans a lot of stuff and when sexual assault is involved there's a power imbalance and there's guilt which stops the person leaving and telling others what's happening

I believe Larry was referring to federal prison. If I am not mistaken Maxwell has a federal case against her.
I did 13 months in Dauphin County Prison and never once did the female inmate population rise above 100. Yet oddly enough the male population was never below 800. Weird huh?

Women’s prisons are absolutely the worst. My Pops and I build Prisons back in the nineties. I was a fabricator and he was an AC tech. I would fabricate ductwork and other various metal products. My Pops would go into the prisons to install and start up the AC equipment. He always told me the Men’s prisons were always, for the most part, fine to work in. They could take all their tools in for work in the Men’s prisons. He said the Inmates were always cool towards him and his guys. The Women’s prison was a totally different story. Yes, they were forward, telling my Pops and his guys how they would fuck him and do all these crazy things to them. The guards would only let them take in a small amount of necessary tools and keep them away from the women as he said the women would try to reach for a tool, like a screw driver, and stick them with it. He said they were disgusting and violent. I only had the opportunity to occasionally work in a Men’s jail or Prison, thank goodness never in a women’s jail or prison. Women were supposedly nutty as hell.

I find it crazy she could be in a low security prison because of the flight/escape risk when considering her money, reach and influence and also because I'm guessing it's easier for other inmates to get near her than it would be in a higher security prison and most people don't like offenders of the sorts of crimes she's committed. That and given what happened to Epstein, whatever you think eg he did it himself or someone did it to him, surely they'd want to ensure the same doesn't happen to her (again, not a reflection on my views on her).
I like to think it was on purpose... I don't think she's leaving in anything other than a pine box.

Women at least as far as I know with state level prisons arent as down on ppl because of those kind of charges as they are in any type of mens prison. Its just not the same, dunno if its because you've got a lot of women locked up in state prisons for killing their kids or what but they arent targeted like they are in mens prisons. Yeah if something happens & there's a fight or argument someone might make a snarky remark like "baby killer" to them but its nothing like how men treat ppl in prison with certain charges. Guess thats one actual good thing about womens prisons, most women arent very hypocritical when it comes to what ppl are locked up for which makes mens prisons seem so much more petty to me. A murderer thinking his charge is so much better than someone elses when that persons victim is still alive at the very least. The family of the murder victim have to drive to a graveyard & stare at a headstone. Not saying what they did isnt horrible but a murderer damn sure shouldnt feel high & mighty in comparison
Low security is still behind a locked gate, camps are not. High security is more for ppl with violent crimes, gang related charges etc. So low security federal is fine for a flight risk, she doesnt fit max security status

This was a really good and interesting video. I found this one in the last year or so and I really enjoy it. I also am an attorney. Larry, you had one thing wrong, and you were incredibly far off. No problem, it is simply the legal thing. What you described as your idea of "sex trafficking" is essentially the worst case scenario. There are much, much, much less awful actions that legally constitute sex trafficking.
All that said, keep it up! Your videos are very interesting and you present well!
Met a guy who worked at a social service to rehabilitate young women who were trafficked around the country. The usual procedure is: Find a young person, often a runaway. Begin a "romantic" relationship with them and promise a good job/community many states away from anyone that knows them. End up with financial problems where the girl/boy just has to do sex work a few times (drugs helps with this). Manipulating desperate young people is as easy as clock work. We'd like to think that a person would be able to make smart decisions for themselves and get out, but its more complicated than that.

Look how "we" are manipulated to purchase beyond our means/needs ... or the power of religion to sell unproven nonsense ... or how governments persuade (mostly) young people to risk life/limb in the military for a steady paycheck and benefits ... or how many people thought (and still think) a professional con man makes a great President.
Sad state of affairs here...why doesn't anyone ask where the parents / guardians are???...they are the ones who should be in jail .

@@tomifost Thats pretty close or how it was presented to my sis-in-law at a jury summons she served on for a "pimp". He did basically what your describing (w/ofc variations but essentially that). The person was convicted but the real challenge that she said the DA had was getting the girls to testify in any "meaningful" way against him b/c at some point, they'd been more or less romantic.

You mention Trump yet leave out Clinton who actually went to the island. The flight logs specifically show that Trump only went on flights to New Jersey. Clinton went to the island several times according to the flight logs.

She already has 2 years time served so that cuts to 15.5. I also believe she made other deals if no names come out. I think she has backup tapes hidden. I also think when she gets done serving time she is going to have to go to U.K. and face charges there. That's when she will never be heard from again.
