What I really like is actresses have got a lot more intelligent. They’re not just pretty faces. Dur e Fishan Saleem obviously is a law graduate and worked in a law firm, you can see an educated person simply from how they speak and conduct themselves. Same with Kubra, she’s very well spoken as well.
Durefishan saleem the stunner and also someone who can speak well rather than just talk about what she does or not

I believe that the shift into regressive female characters occurred during the revival of our drama after the star-plus boom here in pakistan... Thereafter, drama creators produced female characters that resembled characters of starplus dramas...and Shadi and ghar ghristi and pariwaar politics became the major topic... Earlier, dramas like dhop kinary, tanhayan, waris, Anch, nijaat, and even dramas of early 2000s like uljhan, aandhi, hawayeen, etc had somehow different female protagonists, unlike susraal and nanhi kali heroine..
Contrary to what nadeem baif claims, our dramas have inrooted regressive female characters since 2010s and in 2020s, its still the same.. awful

I am all for complexed grey characters but problem arises when u start to glorify and romanticize them. Like that clip of Durr e Fishan and Danish Taimoor going viral. I want to tell Durre this is where u need to put a full stop. You have to condemn wrong actions in the drama right there and then.
