Hey man, do you record your guitars with the guitar directly connected to the audio interface?
I typically record with my axe fx 2. So guitar into axe fx - out of axe fx via xlr into my focusrite soundcard interface. If I record for an album it's with a d.i box addedso I can get the dry signal too!
