I agree. And if I could trade my physique I would take any of them over Yates... Yates raised the bar for sure, but the 3 you mention still have "nice looking physique" going for them. Yates took "nice physique" and went to freak show. As a fan, I like freak show, but I would personally rather walk around in Kevin's physique over any other that I know of. Maybe Arnold's as a distant 2nd. Huge, but still aesthetic.

I used to belong to the same gym Kevin trained at here in Maryland. It was called Powerhouse gym. Hard to tell but I'm pretty sure you can see him working out in Powerhouse in this video. I saw him work out everyday unless he was out of town. Super nice guy and really cool to others in the gym. And he was strong as all get out. Sad he never won the Olympia. If it wasn't for Yates having the best back of all time Kevin would have gotten at least one.
I was at National Fitness in Pasadena MD in mid 80s and you were there. Also went to your Worlds Gym it was a awesome time. It's a lifestyle to me.

Levrone, Flex Wheeler and Nasser are the 3 guys from that era who I consider uncrowded monsters. Any of the 3 would absolutely SMASH the competition today. Casual fans simply don't realize how much of a star-studded lineup got up on stage in pro bodybuilding in the 90s though 😂. Dorian, Ronnie, Jay. I could go in and on. Levrone was genetically gifted! What a freak.
2002 champ, how symmetry and proportion as well as aesthetics was turned down and separated abs was gifted mr Olympia for 8 years.

Still amazes me that him and Flex Wheeler never won Mr Olympia. This style of physique just looks fantastic like it was a statue carved from stone. I’m just not a fan of the bloated stomach bulk monsters.
Feel the same way about Paul Dillet, 30” waist monster never won. Makes no sense. But then again, judging has proven to be questionable in many different areas, especially boxing. Bodybuilding is no exception...

He should've been the Mr. Olympia many times over. There must have been some other reasons the judges overlooked him. I'm sure their reasons were shady

Honestly with his size shape conditioning I find it hard to believe that he never won at least one Olympia. Really don't know what they were looking for at the time are they looking for one face for many years to represent. He is one of a few uncrowned.
