i have combat 23 and 5 stared it and maxed it and it does over 100k in dungeons, so 5 staring it is worth it, but the wither essence to 5 star it , well it takes A LOT of wither essence.
hey dude idk if u are gonna check the comments but you can actually get over 50% sea creature chance with this rod alone if it has salty, expertise v and good enchants(which you have), you HAVE to make a video on 100% sea creature chance since its actually not that hard. you need to grind to catacombs 24 tho so thats a thing
