For me, i try to work around its inherent limitations by adding appropriate elements such as curves, points, etc to help the software create the necessary surfaces. For complex modelling, it is an iterative process of refining the surfaces based on elements extracted from the preceding surfaces.
very useful video! earlier i had a troubles with drawing this tipes of surfaces! could you make a video with drawing steering wheel for example nissan qashqai J10. part, there intercept circle of wheel and the spoke. how to make it proper?
You are welcome. This video is a request from an industrial designer here in Singapore on how to create the form, so I thought maybe i should share it on RUclips.
I'm unclear on what specifically is the double curvature part of this video. Perhaps I need to know what exactly double curvature is in design and/or surfacing.
Hi, so sorry for the late reply. Personally, I find online classes not being as effective as physical Face to Face lessons. But I guess, you are not residing in Singapore?
@@simpernchong Hello sorry I could not get the notification of your reply. I am not in Singapore unfortunately. I live in Japan. And I do not speak japanese well so I was looking for classes in english specifically for furniture and found you.
wow! cross section line! first time i see this one!
High quality surfacing technique.
Beautiful! Great tutorial, thank you!
Thanks and You are welcome.
could you add sound, this video is wonderful!
Thank you for the comments. I have added vocal narratives on subsequent videos.
Thank you master! This method so useful!
Thanks :)
I find it hard to model complex exact surfaces in rhino. Do I really have to eyeball it all the time?

@@simpernchong how would you make 2 curved surfaces that are slowly blending into one? Make 3 surfaces and try to blend them?
top videos man
Thanks for the complement.
Very useful video 👌...
Good for fairing surface....thank you....
Thanks for the comment.

Cool! Stéph.
Thanks, Man.

Hi Daniel, Double curvature in my video refers to the surface having curved profile in both directions (U and V or horizontal/vertical). Cheers.
@@simpernchong Thanks for the response and clarification.
@@Mrddrichards Most welcomed, Sir.
Hello ! do you take online classes? or 1 on 1 classes?
