As a male victim of sexual, psychological, and physical abuse: all of this is spot on. Abusers know how to manipulate not just their victims, but everyone around them. They don’t even have to think about doing it, it’s just their nature, it’s who they are at the core of their being.
Ya it's a level of crazy you can't even understand sometimes they are who they are and you getting away from them is the goal. Because they will never change. Learned that the hard way.
Yes, absolutely! I am so sorry you have been victimized, and I'm so sorry for everyone that had to be around Diddy. I hope we all heal and learn for once.
That's why I always find those "omg the Simpsons/Family Guy predicted the future!" clips, to be ridiculous. This kind of stuff is very much an open secret within the community. Pretty much everyone knows about it, but most are either not willing to do anything about it, or can't, cuz they know they'd be silenced right away.
R Kelly had been so well known as a pdfile that by 15 years old I knew because I was warned by several people never to get into R Kelly's limo if he shows up because he had been seen locally. We lived two hours outside is Chicago. I will NEVER understand
@@SM-ri5kn there was a literal episode of boondocks about him. and why he got away, it seems he got caught mostly because he got less famous.(and strengthening of laws that extended how long a crime could be charged for)
''not all the victims were women'' ''[...] wouldn't have been take seriously by men and women''. THANK YOU for saying it. It heals me a little every time. (I'm male and have been groped by both. When people talk about it the way you do, it's helpful.)
Been a fan of the Podcast “Morbid” for years and you hit it on the head! They have many episodes where they touch on the issues of male victims, or the way that women are swept under the rug because of the power and ‘respectability’ of the perpetrators.
Remember when Barbara Walters pushed back against Corey Feldman for publicly revealing that he and other coworkers were sexually abused by those in power over their acting careers while they were children? *Barbara Walters* told him that his statements were damaging To The Industry…wtf? She had an attitude of, “I, as a woman, had to endure sexual harassment in my career in order to get where I am. Why shouldn’t you? Why shouldn’t other women? Just shut up and do as you’re told.” There are two types of people: 1) I had to go through it, so you should too. 2) I had to go through it, so I’ll work to make sure you don’t.
Brazil just had a major scandal where the minister of HUMAN RIGHTS, a black man activist, university professor on human rights and anti-racism, harassed multiple woman, including another minister, a black woman minister for racial equality. Not even powerful woman of color are safe, and not even with people that say they are all for human rights... Mind you, she was improperly touched during ministerial meetings in broad daylight! And many people trying to discredit the victim, a state minister with multiple witnesses! We have still a looong way to go.
"Acceptable sacrifice" is a VERY good line, and it sums everything else up, I also appreciate how you called out the Hip Hop, Rap, R&B community for seeing victims as acceptable sacrifices to build up these personalities, as well as excuse and/or romanticize what they do.
People REALLY need to stop victim blaming and pretending to be shocked by the realities of this world. It's very upsetting and horrifying, but it shouldn't be shocking. Not if you've been paying attention. Your insight is on point, and I am very glad you're speaking out.
But why ya worried about adults, when should be the countless amounts of children??? Easy to "well Black Women..." Or "of course MEN..." But still missing the larger picture and how depraved and perverted these people are. Synagogue of Satan runs deep, but of course happy we categorize by skin color or gender, while they take children from any of us.
A lot of people are and have been doing just this for years. Diddy's list of crimes is just that bafflingly long. Eminem for example has been shading Diddy for years and most never picked up on it
Lol if this is "the first time" you're hearing about both femme and masc victims being spoken about, you either haven't been listening, or you have been choosing not to listen to the people talking about this because of your own weird hang-ups you have about them-- and I say this with complete respect, but Nicque is NOT the first, nor is she the ONLY person who has been speaking about the masc victims along with the femme ones. (Which, honestly, if all you care about is someone, specifically femme folx, talking about masc victims and ONLY masc victims-- which it definitely seems like since you're acting astounded over a black femme talking about masc victims, even though that's something a majority of black cis femmes and black queer femmes have always done... then just fucking say that you only care about masc victims getting attention and that you don't care about femme victims since you're one of those weird males that keeps track/score over who you think is more deserving of attention and sympathy.)

@@princessangel821i dont personally like the "something in their eyes" thing, because plenty of people might look shifty when they aren't. But his actions, his words, and the way he ran his business was all the evidence anyone should have needed to say, "that guy ain't right." I saw it just from watching a few episodes of Making the Band.
@@Aelffwynn All I know is when I was younger, anyone who's eyes made me feel uneasy, did turn out to be crazy/have ill intent later down the line. Just my personal life experiences 🤷🏿♀️
@@princessangel821 Same, and I agree. Idk if its some kind of gift or intuition or what, but the "something in his eyes" was true to me then and true to me now. Everytime I even see a thumbnail of his face, his eyes still make me feel sick deep down. That has always matched up with my life experiences too. You aren't alone in that. I keep my distance when I see and know in myself that something is evil with a person and ppl used to make fun of me and use the "give the benefit of the doubt" this and that to later get burned like crazy by the same person. I can tell the difference when someone is just nervous and etc and ppl like Diddy and ppl with ill intentions. Never fails.
I literally stopped listening to Cassie when she started dating him. There's always been something off about A grown man who is acting like a moody teenager 😒
What makes this situation so much worse is how (for lack of a better word) cartoonish Diddy’s villainy was. People heard 1000 bottles of baby oil and couldn’t wait to get these jokes off…forgetting that was all for people he forced into it and used as blackmail against the victims. I know we make light of dark shit to make it bearable but the humanity of the victims got lost in the rush for clicks. People are already salivating as more comes out at the absurdity of what he subjected these people to.
I heard about the thousand bottles of baby oil and instantly associated them with the pile of shoes next to the eyeless feast monster in Pan's Labyrinth: evidence of what happens in that room. So creepy.
Right?!?!!?!?!?! American Gangster is written about Sean Combs's Godfather, that's literally his dad's best friend sho.oting people in broad daylight on the street. He could do that and get away with it; can you imagine the way they all raised their kids?!?! The very real backing, that the monster diddy has, is staggering.
@@B.Harper7 I'm not saying people compare the sins of the father. Plenty of celebrities/ athletes who come from colorful family trees, like Woody Harrelson. the fans of celebrities may know they come from colorful families but assumed the celebrity has nothing to do with it. And does not justify the new crimes that the celebrity has committed.
It's super great how you can be so poignant about abuse being perpetuated socially, culturally, systemically, communities (families!) rallying behind abusers and basically giving them a hand in it - and its EXTREMELY CLEAR how this can happen, as you explained. But then people still want to hem and haw and "umm akshully" about very basic shit like racism.
I remember back in 2002 reading an article in Spin Magazine talking about R Kelly. Cool County was keeping an eye on him because he kept going to his old highschool under the guise of seeing a former teacher but mostly talking to female students in the parking lot promising record deals
As another survivor of abuse AND a black woman, this is 100% accurate. Especially since we were both minors at the time he abused me. I was afraid to ask for help because I was scared he would hurt me or my friends and I lived with a parent who tried so hard to help me at the time So the fact that Diddy got away with so much shit is extremely sad but not surprising. Protect Black Women
It's so exhausting how monsters get shielded from any kind of justice, how quick everyone is to question the victim's honesty just to maintain their positive impression of their fav. It's only once it becomes popular to hold an abuser accountable that suddenly the tune changes.
As someone for who’s had to deal with over the years a number of online and celebrity people I once looked up to turning out to be POS’s behind the scenes, I wish this surprised me. Not all famous people are POS’s by a long shot, but life has taught me it really is better not hero worship these people. You can like them or the work they produce for sure, but for the love of god do not put them on a pedestal. They are only human, for better or for much, much worse…
And conversely, that also applies to the victims. Just because they’re rich or famous doesn’t mean they can’t also be victims too. So don’t hero worship but don’t diminish either
It happened to my friend from highschool.. she is like me a native american and because her abuser was a black man who 💀 her, he almost got just a slap on the wrist, and even his sentencing when they redid the trial when he had none before was really short for someone who did this to her. I wish this wasnt like this... but its our reality. As a queer trans two spirit person, I got made the butt of a joke online alot when I try to talk about any problem in the world, so I needed to unfriend and block alot of people because of it. Im with you hun, I will always support you and be thankful when you have the strength to talk about that stuff when someone people are such asshole about it. You deserve to be heard. We need justice for woman of color and queer people, we are in this together ♡
5:27 You made a similar if not same point about this in your earlier vids about women or black people (i forgot specifically) stating that this will not give a rise to people unless a certain person gets killed and then the world starts to care. The fact that you have to fit a certain criteria in order to matter despite that you're a victim and it's obviously wrong really does show we care more about the drama than the solution.
I remember when you posted the story about your experience with your abuser that you mentioned that she had you and your support system under watch to a ridiculous degree but i didn't realize what that truly meant until you expounded on that situation. The sad reality is that even if people want to help an abuse victim, if the abuser has enough power/influence theres not a lot that can be done without putting your own well being at risk and that's what happened with Diddy, and R Kelly And Harvey Weinstein and Countless others. Like theres a reason the Me Too Movement exist. Listening to that part of the video though made me realize that i need to keep a better eye on some of my loved ones who I know are going through a rough time. That's the least i can do to prevent more situations like this from happening.
It's offensive that you had to suffer through that, and thank you for sharing. I it makes no sense in this day and age that anyone should undergo these levels of suffering.
As a fellow abuse survivor, thank you. People are really out here talking like "I believe survivors" but do NOTHING if they speak out, nothing if they seek help. Unless you've been in it you cannot comprehend the level of FUCKED you can be when your abuser has that level of power over you, and access to money and technology just makes it worse. Too many people are out here defending abusers, not enough listening and empathy for the victims.
Also I would like to point out the bs of people saying "it's another payday" so the fk what if they want compensation for the abuse they suffered? Remember the smear campaign mcdonalds had done to get people to see what the woman who sued them for their INSANELY UNNECESSARILY HOT COFFEE (it was way too hot back in the day still is but not even that level anymore). They wanted no one else to sue so they shamed her and mocked her saying well everyone knows coffee is hot. This woman got severe burns that normal level of hot coffee would do no where near that damage. It's OKAY TO GET A PAYDAY because so many people don't change their behavior until it hits their money in a significant way. The money doesn't make them and the person they abused square by any means either. They can't pay enough to ever undo what they did. They should absolutely lose EVERYTHING to their victims be made examples of so other monsters learn to be afraid. I get so tired of people saying that "oh just another person wanting money".
I hate when men's masculinity is called into questioned when they get abused by other men thank you Nicque Marina for bringing that up 👏 you deserve the upmost respect
He literally called one of the women 58 times and sent a crazy number of text messages...a sane person doesn't do that along with all the other things alleged to have been done. Imaging trying to report something and someone does that to you to keep you from reporting.
"And so if any of these men had come forward they wouldn't have been taken seriously, they would have been butts of jokes, from some of y'all"👀👀 And she is NOT wrong
How many times in a show or movie does the bad guy say to the underling with protests, “Go ahead Stacy. Go to the cops. You’re involved, too. Do you have the money for lawyers? Can your family make it through the scandal? Do you have a tee time with the District Attorney next week? Keep your mouth shut and you’ll have everything I promised you.”
God this brought up so much shit for me. My father was a piece of shit toxic abuser and I was so afraid to say anything, to anyone, because I KNEW that if he was confronted, my life would get SO MUCH WORSE. And that is EXACTLY what happened. When I finally cracked and told my mom what was happening (this is after 9 years of severe abuse), I begged her not to say anything. I told her it wouldn’t be good, that bad things would happen to me, that it wasn’t safe. She didn’t believe me, she confronted my dad, and I spent the next year of my life living in a hell so intense that even after 20 years of no contact, the first time I saw my father again, I had a panic attack so severe I almost had a heart attack. People who haven’t been abused by a narcissist or other such individual that has no empathy and gets off on power trips don’t understand just how insane they are, and the lengths they will go to psychologically destroy their victims, by making it dangerous to get away, or to receive help. I basically have a phobia of asking for help now, about anything, to the point I’d rather cause myself physical and mental harm than ask someone for help, bc the link of what happened and making myself that much more vulnerable, and the consequences therein, are so strong.
The scope of abuse that he was allowed to get away with for decades is horrifying. The least we can do now is believe the victims. Those men and women risked so much to speak out.
got out of a 14+ years incredibly toxic friendship that straight up left me with ptsd, god everything you said made sense, you're absolutely right, and I am fucking fuming. -.- it's barely almost two years since and to this day I still not feel comfortable trusting...well...anyone.
Brilliantly said, also wanna add the rumours that Diddy has killed big names in the industry even if false, would do nothing but keep even more people quiet out of fear.
I was shocked by how people immediately focused on men being victimized, and making it a joke. Not that shocked, because people, but why the hell should it even matter? A crime is a crime. And he was secretly recording all this shit, so as soon as someone went to a party, they were on video. It doesn't matter if they only had consensual involvement with adults, and didn't know anything illegal was happening until it was too late, they're on video covered in baby oil, so of course they aren't going to say anything. I'm old, poor and have no shame, and have already done some weird (legal) shit, so I have nothing to lose if someone sees a video of me at a weird orgy, so I would sure as hell tell someone if I thought people were being trafficked. But these are people with a lot to lose. No one wants to lose everything they spent decades working for because they made friends with a weirdo.
The father of my kid is a bonafide nobody with no resources and made my life miserable. He introduced me to a coworker and friend of his and her wife who became my friends. They became my only salvation from his physical abuse and I would often go to their home to get myself and my son away from him. When he figured out where I was going, it no longer mattered that they were his "friends" too. He threatened to lie to child protective services to have their kids taken away if they ever let me in their house again, effectively taking away the one place of safety I had. He would take my glasses so I couldn't see, he would take the wheels off our son's stroller so I couldn't leave. This man is a nobody. And he still terrorized me and anyone who tried to help me. God help diddy's victims, because I can't even imagine 😞
I'm a male victim of abuse, and I applaud your statement. Abusers are some of the most vile people and it's just in their nature because all they care about is control. Anyone defending Diddy knowing what he did is a fool or an abuser themselves.
being freinds with such a big abuser and not being somehow complicit isn't possible... most are not making her a villain just because she';s a successful black woman but because of how much her name is brought up when others won and again her friendship with him
Also depending on the situation narcissists like having people like them so they are very charismatic individuals around people they aren't actively victimizing
It sucks that you had to experience that. Folks dont understand how horrible abusers can be to their victims. Mostly because they are convinced that it could never be them. They're so convinced that there has to he something wrong with the abused because otherwise what is protecting them. And they are wrong.
It's always fantastic to see you in your videos. This one will be my favorite. You said all the things that I have been saying in my living room and in the comfort of my friends because I can't say anything against my abusers because of an NDA. You keep fighting. I'm going to be right next to you. You motivated me today. Happy Friday to you and blessings always that you are happy, healthy and wealthy. -Simone RC ❤️
What you said right here is exactly why I hate people who falsely accuse others, usually celebrities, of assault and/or abuse. Victims deserve to be listened to and protected, not blamed for their situations and demeaned to support people with status. False accusers only make it less and less likely for real victims to be listened to when all they want is fame, revenge, or money. It’s sick. Thank you for sharing your story. I can’t imagine how hard it was for you.
I'm a fellow abuse survivor and a black woman and this was never surprising to me unfortunately, I feel like we all always knew but never to this extent. It's horrible and I'm tired of the jokes and victim blaming, it's hard enough to ever come forward but what they went through should never be the butt of the punchline for the men, women, or children involved. They went through hell and they're forever in my thoughts, I hope they get everything they can from that monster, though I know even that isn't enough. 💔
Absolutely! People do not understand just how far a truly horrible person will go to keep things from getting out of their control. They will sooner kill you than let you get out o their grasp or try and get justice sometimes(in fact a lot of the time). Like, I flat out cannot say the persons name, I cannot even remember the person's face or voice because they, and I've had a trained Psychiatrist and a psychologist make sure I wasn't over exaggerating, genuinely tortured me to the point I have amnesia surrounding their entire existence other than that they existed. And what's worse is I know that I'm not even the only child they probably did that to, probably at least three to four others and while he left the hospital, he still practices at another. And why didn't any parents do anything about it? Because since he was a high ranking surgeon for his department, he basically was going 'they either get the surgery to fix what I did or you sue me'. These people are closer to a horror movie or game villain than they are to being a decent human being.
I was talking about men being victims with my boss earlier today, because we were talking about both Diddy and the Vince McMahon case. There is a fear of being considered queer both internally and externally. So they don’t speak out and continue to be victimized. Along with women being completely tortured, people will stay silent out of fear and embarrassment.
Preach Sista! Being a victim is a shit place. Been there - can only imagine how much worse it is for WOC. You have my respect for how you share your story. Our stories matter and yours is going to matter to women and queer folk who need to hear it.
I'm so numb ... I think for me when the Quiet on Set docuseries came out... that (fqed) me up so much I started having health problems. My reality was shattered completely. Nothing was off the table at this point, so all this diddlin' activities isnt surprising anymore.... I mean, the boondocks have been warning us for years. When a person tells you who they are, believe them.
Thank you so much for saying all of these things. I wish this was our narrative instead of the garbage we throw around. This made me think about how people (especially women) rallied around Johnny Depp and tore into Amber Heard. No matter what you think of their situation, the level of love for Depp and vitriol for Heard were insane.
This I was caught up in all of it too but it’s simply because she’s not the “perfect” victim but they were both abusive and I didn’t realize until my English teacher at the time said both people look bad in this situation they both engaged in toxic and abusive behavior
Yeah in my opinion they are both victims and both perpetrators. They both were awful and abused each other. It's just that since Amber lied about the fact that she abused him so that overshadowed what he did. She never should have acted like she never did anything to him because it just made people turn on her. You can be a victim and be an awful person.
@@Taekwondorules Bruh; wrong. Depp was proven to be a wifebeater 12 times in UK court; the judgment cited a 'mass of evidence'. This judgement still stands. He had her medical evidence and other things blocked in the US. Thats not 'never fear truth' thats rewrite the narrative to suit. He wanted 'global humiliation' for her and he achieved his goal after spending 10s of millions. His smear campaign was so successful that he flipped the narrative. It did not matter what Heard said the content creators were practically printing money from making anti heard content. People to this day believe nonsensical things like 'Heard did coke on the stand' or claim that Heard was in cahoots with Epstien. It was bad from the start. Milani claimed that an UNSUED MAKE UP PALETTE COURT PROPs production date proved Heard was lying. To believe that you have to be dumb enough to not realize that the unused court prop was not the actual compact Heard once used. Yet thats what everyone believed. From that moment on I knew facts did not matter. All Depp had to do was abuser 101; discredit the victim. People will ignore the evidence because of what they believe. CONFIRMATION BIAS. Depp accused her of shitting the bed. The UK judge did not believe it and his reasons why were reasonable. Yet everyone just ran with it in the US. And his proof. A photo of a poo on a bed. There is no scale in the photo. The witness testimony from his employees is different between UK and the US. Depps text to Deuters about 'leaving a coil of dookie' for her to stand in reveals who had the poo fetish; not Heard. Vasquez claimed that Heard abused her ex in court but one google search reveals that Tasya Van Ree, the ex Vasquez was referring too wrote a statement saying Heard never abused her. Totally ignored! Yet people take Kate Moss at face value when she refers to the rumors Heard had heard about her being pushed down the stairs were false. If people are not biased why is it they ignore Tasya but believe Kate??? Amber Heard was the victim. Depp has been assaulting people since the 90s and lying about it. I am old enough to remember; I used to be a fan of his...never again. The whole they are both perps discourse is so ridiculous. Its only exists when both parties have equal power. Depp had ALL THE POWER; they were surrounded by his yes men like Cassie was surrounded by Diddys yes men. He even had medical control over her; there is an email where he had a tantrum at his nurses because Heard tried to quit drugs and demanded they drug her fro his benefit. Read it its crazy shit; shows you how controlling he was.
@@kayla68779 Amber did not lie. You are spouting her abusers false narrative. Just because she started to fight back over time and became violent in response to violent abuse that does not make her the abuser. Also your claim that she acted like she never did anything to him is FALSE; she owned her bad behavior many times in documents and therapy notes years before the 2022 trial. Its not her that dropped a heavily edited piece of their therapy sessions (massive red flag). When evidence has had its context and/or chronology removed or altered its no longer useful. Depp was found to be a wifebeater in the uk in 2020 on 12 of 14 counts to chase level 1, the highest level in a civil trial; imputing guilt of the offense. The judge cited a 'mass of evidence' in his findings. Same judge basically said in the 2020 judgment that if a jury in Virginia rules differently in the future a jury verdict does not have the same gravitas as 'his lordships reasoned judgment'. Heard was blocked from mentioning this judgment in virginia but Depps team was allowed to insinate that the UK judgment was favorable to Depp and Heards team could not correct it. In the unsealed us court docs 2 really shocking blatant lies from Depp are revealed. 1: Depp claimed no specific harm from Heard in a written statement so he could avoid the psych eval he demanded Heard go through (with his psych who used a mere 2 tests to claim borderline personality disorder. Heards psych used at least 10 and diagnosed ptsd) yet on camera during the trial he claimed specific harm from Heard (falsely claimed she injured his finger). Her account that he injured it while trashing a phone is consistent with his behavior pattern; in the 90s in a drunk rage he assaulted a security guard and trashed a hotel lobby including destroying their phones. How does one claim both harm and no harm in the same trial WTF! Imagine if Heard claimed this; it would be a meme! 2: Depps team falsely accused Heard of vehicular manslaughter. NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THIS. Team #bothsides and deppstans are all 'Amber lied' 'Amber made false accusations' when her accusations where proven true in 2020! People claim they support Depp because they are against false accusations that they can 'ruin lives'. Yet when Depp falsely accuses his ex of KILLING SOMEONE (Heard was not in the county at the time of the accident) no one cares. No one calls it out. And they call him a victim of false accusations! WTF! Absolute shitshow. Most people do not know a 'real victim'! They act like Heard and Depp were equals in a toxic relationship that abused each other when its clear to anyone with a half functioning brain that she was surrounded by Depps yes men. Just like Diddys victims were surrounded by his helpers. They were never equals. Depp had the power. If you do not understand the power dynamics go home you don't get it.
Real talk, it is sickening. I never once subscribed to toxic masculinity, and the older I get, the less i give a kcuf what other people think. I will continue to stand with people like you until these monsters are vanquished.
Survivor of abuse here. Thank you for putting things so clearly. I think about this stuff, and these systems a lot, and I get so stressed about it when i talk about it that i lose my train of thought. Thank you so much for sharing your story. Im still in a place where sharing my story takes me back, and its more than i can handle currently. But i hope one day to be able to talk more clearly about whats happened to me. Long distance high five.
Exactly. It's the whole thing of "oh, well, you're rich. You're pretty. Just see it as the necessary price for all that. This is just karma finally coming for its dues after all that it's given you. So shut up and deal with it like the rest of us commoners, in your shiny mansion, you lucky f*ck!" Fact is, abuse is STILL abuse. There's also the whole thing many abusers do, where they put their victims, and their co-conspirators, and anyone that might want to help the victims, in situations where they give them the illusion of choice, and make them all think that the best choice for everyone, including the victim, is to just let the abuser do what they want and get away with it. Because then, when they wanna step forward afterwards, they have that so-called "choice" weighing over them. That "but I could've done this. I could've stopped them. I could've made a different choice. But I CHOSE to LET this happen." hanging over their heads whenever they think about coming forward. Blaming themselves, because they think, since they made this "choice" that they have no right to complain about the consequences. Because they know, and the abuser knows, soon as that "choice" is revealed, so much of the public opinion will blame them. And that's what the abuser *wants.* That's another way they control others. Why spend your own time threatening them and telling them that no one will believe them, when you can make *them* do that *to themselves* FOR you. It's all just a sick twisted game to them.
unfortunately, people making fun of, or being generally shitty to people that do better than them isnt just for wealthy people, ive personally experienced being treated awfully just because i was doing well consistently in the class and that was the worst i had ever felt (not to take away from the shit that everyone else is going through cause its much worse but like, examples)
This might be the best break down of extreme ab*se I’ve seen. It’s pure information. I thought it was a short bc you were going so fast at the beginning. Nope, there’s just so many layers to dig into, it took 9 minutes to give the basics. I am so sorry for everything you went through in the military. It’s an excellent example of how nightmarish these situations can be for victims. Hope it will help more wake up ❤
This rant is 100% true. I had to remove the bias I had for certain people when I did my own research and found out why everyone who glitters ain’t gold.
This world or timeline of this era or WHATEVER. This world is so DARK we can’t even realize it until it may be too late. Everything is dark with barley any light 🥺🥺 That most of us are IN THE DARKNESS you don’t realize until it’s TOO LATE😢
It stuff like this that makes me count my blessings and appreciate things more and if I did get rich or famous or whatever later in life I do not want to let my current self go. The whole letting this fame and glory get to their heads JUST to turn on others is really unfortunate cause I don't want to hate success but I don't want to become a monster out of it either.
I'm going to be honest here 1:39 if I was in my late teens yeah I probably would be making jokes but now he'll no abuse in any form of any gender isn't something to make fun of and I hope Diddy is under the damn jail
It's def wild to hear more about Beyonce than Diddy regarding this shit but I fully believe Jay-Z isn't innocent and she couldn't be married to him all this time and not know anything 🤷 Jaguar Wright knows.
Thank you for speaking up about these issues. While I’ve never experienced anything as terrible as you, I have had someone at work that tormented me for a few years and only stopped when my mom passed away. I had been keeping my union rep and my coworkers informed along the way and I suspect someone must’ve asked her to lay off when my mom died so I could have a moment to process. Before that point, though, it started off with nobody believing me and me having to defend myself every week before eventually people started to see her behavior and what I was complaining about for themselves. Your videos - though very different in levels of danger - validate what I’ve been saying, that one person can terrorize you repeatedly, make you look like you’re tripping or making things up all while looking innocent themselves. Thank you and I’m sorry we both have had these horrible people in our lives.
Thank you for sharing your personal experiences, so that more people can see how trapping it is for the victims, and why they can’t just “come forward” with their accusations.
I wanted to say that I’m sorry you know first hand. I’m sorry that you can relate. And I appreciate so very much that you speak honestly about it. I haven’t ever publicly outed my abusers because I know I’d get eye rolls from so many people who know them. So it just feels less painful to not say anything. I’m so grateful for those who are stronger than I am who can bring it to the daylight and show it for what it is.
4:14 okay the way that in literally high school the girl who was abusing and who sa’d me just straight up told me I couldn’t experience abuse because my family had a pool. We were full children Complex abusers also make themselves omnipotent to their victims. I’m almost 30 and I’m still looking over my shoulder when I’m in trouble from something small and interpersonal to something large or self imposed, my immediate thoughts are about the other full adults contacting my mother. Which. Y’know. Yikes to that conditioned response
This is so accurate. My abuser was a nobody loser who worked at a ducking Starbucks and he still was able to have me followed and tracked. Put a keyloger on my computer. It was insane.
I’ve stood up to (and sometimes walked away from) everyone who’s tried to bully or control me. A lot of times it’s cost me in some way to do that, but I’m glad I did it. I’m glad you got away from that and I hope you have ever more happiness in life. Your content is amazing and I appreciate you and what you do. Oh, and one question if you would please? Why does my black in law tell me that while I am the whitest person he’s ever met, I was born invited to the cookout?
He got away with it because it was considered acceptable behavior. Worked in the music biz in the 90's but as just an okay looking woman I was spared from this harassment. I got fired for speaking out. It was a corrupt biz then, but I believe that your generation can fix the industry and will save the world.
And it really sucks seeing people make jokes baby oil jokes as if any of this is a joking matter or how people are only disgusted by what he did because they found out some of the victims were men.
Well regardless of what their relationship is now.... Jay z probably been grooming beyonce since age 16/17. Dude was 30 when they started dating. She was 19. (I should add, when they PUBLICALLY started.)
@@icecreamcake6238 I didn’t know that. It explains through. I was also groomed by a man who was 10 years older than me, I was 18 and married to him at 19 for 21 years. It took a lot for me to realise that I was in an abusive relationship and finally managed to escape from him and the weeks leading up to my escape were the most dangerous of my life. My daughter and me are safe now
commenting so more people see this. thank you for talking about _everything_ you talked about, all of it is important and needs to be talked about more
As a male victim of sexual, psychological, and physical abuse: all of this is spot on. Abusers know how to manipulate not just their victims, but everyone around them. They don’t even have to think about doing it, it’s just their nature, it’s who they are at the core of their being.
Facts! Predators wake up looking for victims
FACTSSSS
Ya it's a level of crazy you can't even understand sometimes they are who they are and you getting away from them is the goal. Because they will never change. Learned that the hard way.
Yes, absolutely! I am so sorry you have been victimized, and I'm so sorry for everyone that had to be around Diddy. I hope we all heal and learn for once.
"How did he get away with it?!"
Felt like everyone knew how.
Especially after R Kelly & the MeToo guy
Just shut up and do as you’re told.”
There are two types of people:
1) I had to go through it, so you should too.
2) I had to go through it, so I’ll work to make sure you don’t.

G... sus...
I got no words. 🎤 💥
This was so powerful.
I never heard of that, damn 😰
Hey you stole my conclusion! 😂
Fr that’s why I hate “Oh how did nobody know?” like bud people knew. People probably begged for help and just got ignored or worse.
Damn... first time I heard someone speaking for the women AND men in this kind of affair... have a like and some of my respect, Milady !

Ty, Nicque!! Even as a kid, I felt something was off with Diddy and his ilk. It boggles my mind and sickens me to see people support these monsters.
I felt that way as a kid too. Something in his eyes wasn't right...
@@princessangel821i dont personally like the "something in their eyes" thing, because plenty of people might look shifty when they aren't. But his actions, his words, and the way he ran his business was all the evidence anyone should have needed to say, "that guy ain't right." @@princessangel821 Same, and I agree.
There's always been something off about
A grown man who is acting like a moody teenager 😒
So creepy.
It was for the comatose bodies 💔
Melvin Earl Combs Diddy's father was also associated with Frank Lucas's criminal syndicate. it was not surprising
Exactly. I can’t believe we still go straight questioning the victim and never the monsters like Diddy.
Boondocks will forever be goated for calling R. Kelly out on his shit ages ago 💯
They called out Him and His fanatics
Not just R. Kelly, but everyone protecting and defending him.
I remember back in 2002 reading an article in Spin Magazine talking about R Kelly. Cool County was keeping an eye on him because he kept going to his old highschool under the guise of seeing a former teacher but mostly talking to female students in the parking lot promising record deals
People already knew who he was. He married Alliyah in 1994 when she was 14 or 15, and he was 27, 10 years before boondocks came out.
@@Yorokobi224 Considering he married Alliyah when she was 15 and he was 27 in the 1990s ya sounds like something he'd do
As another survivor of abuse AND a black woman, this is 100% accurate. Especially since we were both minors at the time he abused me. I was afraid to ask for help because I was scared he would hurt me or my friends and I lived with a parent who tried so hard to help me at the time
So the fact that Diddy got away with so much shit is extremely sad but not surprising.
💯💯💯 and it so very sad.
Preeeeeeach. Everything you said was 💯
I remember when you posted the story about your experience with your abuser that you mentioned that she had you and your support system under watch to a ridiculous degree but i didn't realize what that truly meant until you expounded on that situation.
The fact that you're right makes this all the more sad.
He literally called one of the women 58 times and sent a crazy number of text messages...a sane person doesn't do that along with all the other things alleged to have been done. Imaging trying to report something and someone does that to you to keep you from reporting.
Let’s not conflate abusive with mentally ill
"And so if any of these men had come forward they wouldn't have been taken seriously, they would have been butts of jokes, from some of y'all"👀👀
And she is NOT wrong
I wish there was a ❤ button rather than a thumbs up button 😢.
NOTHING BUT FACTS WERE SAID HERE
The scope of abuse that he was allowed to get away with for decades is horrifying. The least we can do now is believe the victims. Those men and women risked so much to speak out.
My mental health this year can't take such an accurate analysis of the Diddy situation but I'm liking and commenting anyway to support you ❤
got out of a 14+ years incredibly toxic friendship that straight up left me with ptsd, god everything you said made sense, you're absolutely right, and I am fucking fuming.
Yeah, I keep wondering why Beyonce is getting dragged into it. Diddy has been a monster for a very very long time. A VERY VERY LONG TIME...
being freinds with such a big abuser and not being somehow complicit isn't possible... most are not making her a villain just because she';s a successful black woman but because of how much her name is brought up when others won and again her friendship with him
Also depending on the situation narcissists like having people like them so they are very charismatic individuals around people they aren't actively victimizing
It sucks that you had to experience that. Folks dont understand how horrible abusers can be to their victims. Mostly because they are convinced that it could never be them. They're so convinced that there has to he something wrong with the abused because otherwise what is protecting them.
And they are wrong.
thank you. each one who speaks up moves us forward
*Absolutely.*

Thank you for talking about victimhood. The whole “the abuser is omnipotent” thing… is so true. Thank you thank you thank you
What you said right here is exactly why I hate people who falsely accuse others, usually celebrities, of assault and/or abuse.
So very proud you are able to articulate what so many victims may be feeling. Respect my comrade. Army love
Bruh. Heard was NOT the victim in that situation.
Community's real quick to defend a celebrity because they're entertaining...
Real talk, it is sickening. I never once subscribed to toxic masculinity, and the older I get, the less i give a kcuf what other people think. I will continue to stand with people like you until these monsters are vanquished.
Every word of this was so accurate and so well articulated!
I'm just dropping a comment here so this video gets more visibility. It's a very important message and you summed it up beautifully.
So shut up and deal with it like the rest of us commoners, in your shiny mansion, you lucky f*ck!"
Fact is, abuse is STILL abuse.
Preached the Truth sister!!!🙌🙌🙌🫶🫶🫶👍🏼 sending love your way ♥️
This was so powerful. 👏 🎤 💥
Thank you for sharing your story and shining light on how abusers get away with it for so long.
unfortunately, people making fun of, or being generally shitty to people that do better than them isnt just for wealthy people, ive personally experienced being treated awfully just because i was doing well consistently in the class and that was the worst i had ever felt (not to take away from the shit that everyone else is going through cause its much worse but like, examples)
This should be played on loop and blasted full volume forever & forever 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Your videos are amazing thank you so much
This might be the best break down of extreme ab*se I’ve seen.
Hope it will help more wake up ❤
Powerful speech!
Thank you speaking up and for speaking so frankly.
This is so many intersections I have been screaming into the void about.
Thank you for speaking about this! Hearing your perspective is really enlightening.
all this truth. all this reality. we believe you. we affirm you. we support you. thank you for this message and may it continue out in the world.
This rant is 100% true. I had to remove the bias I had for certain people when I did my own research and found out why everyone who glitters ain’t gold.
This and, between Diddy and the 8 Passengers situation, people really don't care about abuse until it escalates to... That
Thank you. You said, in such an articulate and eloquent way, what i have been thinking
Thank you for introducing me to the term "ain't sh!t people". I will use this often!!
100% agreeing with you! you can't be around horrible people all the time and not be at least awful too
Thank you for speaking up about these issues.
We were full children
Complex abusers also make themselves omnipotent to their victims. I’m almost 30 and I’m still looking over my shoulder when I’m in trouble from something small and interpersonal to something large or self imposed, my immediate thoughts are about the other full adults contacting my mother. Which. Y’know. Yikes to that conditioned response
Girl, you nailed it 💯
FACTS!!! Girl, you bettah preach!!!!
Oooooo.... you just SCALPED us😂👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
It deeply saddens me how true this all is. We, as a Community, must do better.
And it really sucks seeing people make jokes baby oil jokes as if any of this is a joking matter or how people are only disgusted by what he did because they found out some of the victims were men.
Reminds me of the orchestrations of someone who is running for a certain office right now
I didn’t get the initial context of this, not going to lie, but either way, what you said remains true even without context.
Ms. Marina it would appear you're cooking. There's an entire 5 star 4 course meal coming out of this kitchen.
You're right in the money!!!! 💵👏🏿
Yes. Reading about what he did was so evil beyond my imagination.
I love your vids ❤❤❤❤❤
this reminds me that we need more women in leadership.
I’m really thinking that Kanye West was telling the truth about jayz putting a hit on him which now makes me think Beyoncé was trapped and still is
Well regardless of what their relationship is now....
