Awesome video! Way to drill the rep with the trailer. Seeing the belt bubble up when dumping the rock and seeing how it works in real world applications, sounded like a good concept until I saw running, not impressed for what we do but maybe a small landscape company would benefit. Thanks again Stan you're the best👌

For the Minnesota climate, this would be a nightmare in the winter. If the bed is wet or you had snow in there and froze you'd have a lot of problems unless there is a solution for that. We use our 14K, 14 yd. dump trailer for dumping trash and it freezes up all the time when we are at the landfill from snow melting and freezing or rain freezing. We've had to salt the bed after each dump in order for the load to slide out without having to hand unload, which just destroys the trailer. The only other solution would be to lining the bottom with a plastic liner or getting an aluminum dump trailer which we can salt. I can't see a conveyor belt not freezing to the frame. Just my thoughts and maybe they have an answer for that. Let me know.

This trailer is unique system but I questioned and I got the answer when he put the two different types of material in the bed would look to me was mulch when he dumped it some of the rock went with the mulch I I'm going to make a long story even longer the company I work for bought one of the longest I don't know the measurements diamond c dump trailers they were famous for wanted me to throw plants mulch in the trailer and then go to a job and pick up debris where we were going to plant and then add the mulch to plant I had enough of this I said why don't we you guys put some l brackets in the bed of the trailer and we'll put plywood to separate the mulch the plants and the debris the mulch at the tongue of the trailer the plants in the center of the trailer and some on top of the mulch the back end of the trailer where the gates are as where we would start putting the debris as I plant it and had more room because I removed the plants from the middle of the bed I had more room for the debris as I planted and used the mulch it kind of bounced out that I had enough room for all of the debris has I planted using my mulch clearing my bed for debris I told you I was going to be a long story now this trailer is equipped to haul equipment what this designer needs to do is have a underside of the belt action for hauling equipment in an upper side where he can add some kind of divider of three departments so one part of the conveyor belt you can drive equipment on the other part of the conveyor belt you can separate your material so when you go to unload you don't contaminate one or the other I know I should probably write a book thanks Stanley I kind of like the concept of the trailer

We have 9 months of Diesel. It's only 25 days if all production of Diesel stopped, which isn't going to happen. The bigger problem is going to be the price of Diesel when they stop having gas demand, prices of all petroleum is going to skyrocket when that happens. We are 20 years away from that though, EVs can't be used in business situations. I'm guessing a few sharp rocks stuck against that belt will rip it apart.

If you consider the length from the front of the truck to the rear of the trailer, then add in the distance where the pallets ended up, it's quite a distance. This would be ideal for large construction sites that have the space for loading and unloading cargo but we all know construction sites are pretty tight with limited space. Just thinking out loud.

Stan I need help finding a flatbed company. My cousin told me about it but he can't remember where they make them. They are flatbeds for pickup trucks and they come in three sections and bolt together so they are shipped on a pallet. I was wondering if you had heard of them as you go to all of these truck and trailer shows. He thought it in Missouri but I have come up empty on my search. Any help would be appreciated thank you and appreciate the time you put into all of your videos

Just watched a sawmill video from PA and he's paying under $3.00/gal now for off road. Still $5.16 here in NE Uzebeckasota.

Not sure why this trailer and any other electric dump don't use dual batteries...

I gotta say it’s strange that there’s a diesel shortage when it’s a byproduct of gas
