Rear speakers position is wrong, always those satellite speakers have to be in higher closer to your ear and shoulders neck position when you stand When you sit down those , those will be lil above your ear position. Try this it will give amazing results

I had to warranty a refurbished unit. Lesson learned from first one was to not calibrate speaker positions. When I did with first unit sounds were too quiet after calibration. The problem with refurbished unit initially was two things. Battery consistently low on rear detachable speakers even with wired USB. 2nd was one speaker in the primary bar was bad. I didn't damage it from too high of volume, it came with muffled/crackling noise. I question if I would of been better with Vizio elevate instead or another set up. Sonos didn't appeal to me in the in store demos. JBL unit is poor because lack of options to control sound. It is low, medium, high, mute with exception of bass 1 to 5 setting. Downloading Google home & using it for firmware is kind of ridiculous too.

Did you face any heating issue under the bar near center left side? I got mu recently and it gets hot with moderate use end of the day.
It’s normal. I’ve used 3 different sound bars and the 3 of them get heating.

the acoustics of your room is awful... the bass is not clear at all, all the frequencies are mixed. And the resonance makes it all worse
