Touhou is one of the games that Toby Fox inspired from, in fact Chara's t-shirt color is inspired from this girl in the picture, Koishi Komeiji. I made a video pointing out the similarity between Touhou 11 and Undertale

Koishi Komeji is the youkai of the subconscious. Shes a satori with an eye sewn shut which makes her extremely unpredictable

Satori are Mind Reading Youkais that is hated by both humans and other Youkais just because they can read mind. In result of this, Koishi sew her third eye shut, resulting in her shutting the ability to read mind and also her own conscious thought.
She can no longer be hated nor feel love.
A satori who abandoned her past self and became someone that no one will remember.

Second of all : She closed her eyes because Reading mind was too creepy but because of that instead of the ability to read minds she instead gains the ability to be completely Forgotten within a person mind or nonexistant

i think Koishi would, by a lot of reasons
reasons: Koishi is a Youkai, so she hasn't a body to hit, and if she gets hurt, you're damaging a meaningless body form( she has immortality type 1 ,3 and 8 (Longevity, Regeneration and by "Keep existing if a concept exist".
Koishi can do Mental Damage, transport people to a pocket dimension, has a Knife, *Can become completly invisible if she want to* (that invisibility is not avoidable) and, she can attack being invisible, and obviusly, She can do Danmaku
Terra11 well...youkai’s still have something to hit but not physically. Koishi has the advantage of experience and techniques. Chars has the advantage of Raw Power. But Koishi does make a suitable candidate for the winner. She can just teleport throughout the field. And that she can be unpredictable. Chara is very cunning and powerful in terms of strength. So if she manages to get a couple of hits in then she might win. I refuse to take sides.
@@Latency345 well, still, Chara can't kill intangible beings/ghosts (Napstablook is a example) so is basically a fight where only one can hurt the other.
Terra11 However Koishi is still a youkai. And youkai are affected by mental and verbal attacks.
Terra11 and the other thing is how can Marisa or any other character touch her?
