In times like this you look at the scale of the character's nigh omnipotence and compare it to the scale of the verse. If the whole verse scales to hyper, even if you are considered omnipotent you will still be hyperversal. Unless something concrete comes up to pull Rimuru's tier to outer, being omnipotent doesn't mean he can solo fiction.

When debating characters you look at the attack potency and a few other factors. If I take Goku and put him in Rimuru's verse that doesn't change the fact that he can destroy universes. Or if a character in another anime can destroy mountains and you put him in another verse, that doesn't change the fact their attack potency is mountain level. When we scale, we give the characters all the abilities they have and don't restrain what they can do. It's pretty obvious each anime has its own power system. But just because they are different doesn't give you an excuse to nerf a character. If you want to scale characters by that standard just start your own scaling wiki. Stop trying to make Rimuru win through those type of arguments. It's sad you are trying to give Rimuru a win by nerfing Yogiri when no one even does this.
The tiering system in my opinion seems like an accurate scale of measuring a character's power since it considers various things. It's a very well-thought-out system in my opinion. It's there to help you at least understand how strong a character is. Of course it is common sense that the authors decide how strong their characters are presented but each character has a different level of strength when compared to another character presented by a different author. The tiering system at least helps you get an understanding of the levels of power and where the character scales within the system. If a character's strongest attack can destroy a mountain, he is mountain level, if a character destroys a universe, he is universal. It's obvious which of the two is stronger. And that's what the tiering system tries to portray.
Shallow Vernal is just your typical OP harem heroine no matter what she is bound to the harem protagonist and will be under him in the ultimate ensemble lol in vol 14 yogiri fought against that type of OP female characters and won.
