However, it is never acceptable to kidnap a child, whether you know the person who parents the child or not. I strongly suggest anyone who has ever lost a child to please get the help & support that they need immediately, it's a heartbreaking experience & nobody should have to deal with it on their own. Aside needing a stable income and a proper home, they'll also run a background check on the woman and when they find out she was committed to a mental institution, they'll think she's not mentally stable and could deny her from adopting. The adoption system is very picky.
