You went through some extremely rough training and I wouldn't be tough enough to even carry your rifle for you, and I am not trying to be funny nor disrespectful, but how do you think that your training would compare to being crucified as Jesus was? He was talking about actual men he knew and loved who voluntarily sacrificed their own lives for others in the war zone... quoting, greater love has no-one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. The ultimate life being Jesus, the ultimate sacrifice of all...who has been his Lord since salvation. There's much more behind what he is sharing, I think. I'm a girl btw, John. No-one can compare to Jesus but we can become Christlike.

You should take great care in how you address true men of God. Pastor Laurie is a good man. And a man of God. Delete your comment or your going to be pounded by a vast multitude of people VERY SOON.
Can’t we all just be the body of Christ instead of infighting over denominations. It’s just ridiculous in this time and age. We need to uphold one another not backbiting. Shame on you. Get a grip!
No wonder so few of them, and why so many soldiers kill themselves. Their own country betrays them. Thankfully we wont need a military in the next life.
