Not really, Ebr parish court not really like other court systems. Unless you kill somebody, you gettin probation your first charge. Then it’s soo many ppl going to court everyday fighting cases, you can really walk on some wild shit even if you already fighting charges. I was on papers almost 5 years never even got drug tested or paid fees then they just end up sending me a letter in the mail saying I was pardoned.
Hey Bruce I'm 18 and just got out of homelessness, it was traumatic but I kept my head down listened to comedians, philosophers, psychologist's, professor's, and now I'm really pondering going to law school to pursue a career in your field. I don't come from a good background my family in general is very well off (aunts, cousins, uncles) but my immediate family is in ruins and I live with my mom in a one bedroom basement apartment. I screwed up my schooling so I feel as though I've tremendously skewed my options considering I need to get a GED, but luckily unlike my friends I've managed to avoid any stints on my record (no criminal record). I know that I'm capable as my genetics are very smart, I have above average musical ability although I don't put it to use, my sister is a genius who went to Scripps university for a PhD in oceanography free of cost on a scholarship and is currently a calculus professor at Queen's university. In grade 8 my math teacher told me "Kenny, you're either an idiot or a genius, I just don't know which." It's sort of a backhanded compliment but I took it positively. I really respect your work and your character, and look at you as sort of a moral compass in which I as a man should strive to be. Thank you.

Goober it’s more like it can be used to provide a better case by the prosecutor to show that the defense is a “menace” The New Jersey case talks about this when they struck it down that reciting the lyrics of a rap song that may not have anything to do with the case poisons the jury’s perception of the defense so it’s easier to convict. The only way to use lyrics is if it’s in direct connection to the case so it has to be a song where YB says “I killed Martin at 6:30 pm at this street with this gun with my gang” or something super specific.
