The pie machine is kind of a mystery, to me. It apparently plugs into the electrical system AND runs on internal combustion. I love Aardman's machines, though; they're all so detailed. They even put spinning driveshafts on the trucks, when they could have gotten away with not showing them, at all.

A lot of the scenes in this movie reference the 1963 classic "The Great Escape", which is about real events in WW2.

I don’t watch this movie because I needed to rethink my life choices when it comes to eating chicken, I watch this movie because it’s part of my childhood! I watch this movie all the time! I love the characters, the music, the animation, the action sequences, I love everything about this movie!

One of my favorites! I just love claymation and I've always been a big fan of Nick Park, the genius behind Wallace and Gromit. If you haven't seen the Wallace and Gromit shorts yet, they would make a great reaction video. There is also a full length film, The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (great for a Halloween reaction). Another great Halloween stop-motion film is Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Coraline is also a great movie. By the way, there is a Chicken Run sequel in production and is scheduled to be released this December. Only, it won't be directed by Nick Park 😥

Claymation is so cool, I can't imagine how much time and efford they put in to all this! Thank you for all these suggesstions!! Coraline and Nightmare before christmas are two movies I've actually planned to watch. And I definetly want to look in to the other claymation movies out there! Hmm wonder if it will be as good then 👀

Love this movie. One of my favs of claymation besides Flushed away n Wallace n gromit n Coraline. My childhood Ginger n Rocky rhodes were my childhoods luv them both caracters as ofc Especially mostly ginger n yeah If ur someone with autism like myself or had a childhood u don't really remember much n u watch movies like this n u end up likin movies like this then yeah u Just joined tha club tha claymation buds club glad u watched this movie n enjoyed it
