I am feeling really sad about Arjun, that blunder was so bad in the last game, it pretty much tells two things. Either he is feeling pressure of 2800 or he is in a bad shape for things. Btw he also defeated Magnus and Fabi in Titled Tuesday and I feel he is also going to improve a lot in rapid and blitz this year.
Caruana once said that 2800 is just a number unless you are able to dominate other super gms of Caruana's calibre. He said it in relation to Alireza but it applies here as well
sagar, i am still new to chess. i love this style of recap. i appreciate your entire approach. recording these after hours, on the actual playing floor, often at a board set to the key moment seems entirely fresh in chess reporting. of course you carefully cover most of the prominent Indian players but rightly mention other key players to watch. this is remarkably thorough for the brevity of these posts. and your ability to distill the games, script insightful analysis, provide hosting transitions on camera is impressive. but then to edit this diverse media together smoothly (color balance, audio levels etc as a one man band considering your crew size) & then to post them in such a timely manner is incredible. thank you.
personally i want praggnanandhaa to domonate this tournament because after 2023 world cup he hasn't won any major tournament even his olympiad performance was not his best and every body knows about the candidates

He is no more the underdog now, reaching 2800+ is excellent but maintaining that rating a bigger challenge
@@lostduckinwater absolutely true after that phenomenal performance of his in the olympiad he is the top cream now
