Be back there this Sunday! Craving Annie's Meat Pies!
Nice! Wish we could be there now. Do you know if yummy yummy has shrimp and lobster back on the menu?
Wow, the stingrays like to be rubbed on like that. I thought you couldn't touch them.
@Beyloveseverybody It doesn’t seem like they mind it. It’s a pretty cool experience!
Just got back from a week on Caye Caulker - Minor correction - your "casual walk down Front Street" segment is actually walking down Hicaco Street. We stayed at La Isla and loved our stay on Caye Caulker.
Nice!!
Thanks for watching and hope you had an amazing time.
Weird… one of the store vendors had told us they referred to it as “Front Street”.
"Front Street" is actually a "nick name" for Avenida Hicaco. Our "cab driver" coming in from the airport told us the three north/south streets are referred to as "Front, middle (Avenida Langosta) & back (Alux Street) street". So you're not entirely incorrect. LOVED our time - so relaxing and laid back. People are great, food is great and the concept of "Go slow" is perfect for vacation time! Cheers!
@@OTUSPIKE Cheers 🍻
What month was it?
Hi Jaimec61083, we visited in December 2022. A few things might have changed since then. For example, the Barrier Reef Sports Bar and La Cubana restaurant were destroyed due to a fire on November 10th, 2023.
You might get a glimpse of those establishments in our video, but they are temporarily closed.
Is the lady lizard free?
Hi! Yes, it’s free! They don’t allow food and drinks to be brought in from elsewhere.
Clueless prices?
if you want to see, first hand....the destruction of the tropical environment..... then.... caye caulker is your best bet in the future.
