Quality IS bad , many poeple are hungry in Thaïlande, ....
I stayed there in March 2023, was only 30% occupied. This place is cheaply built, my unit kitchen was flooded out by the unit above. No one knows how to fix anything without looking at apps on their phones. They moved me to another unit and the air conditioner kept shortening out. The elevators kept breaking down, and the hallways don’t have air conditioning so you sweat just walking to elevators. This place is huge 1200 condos so when it’s sold out. It’s going to be a nightmare. I have lived in Thailand for 9 years now, just rent a new place yearly. Their is no money to be made in condos they build to many and the build quality is horrible. If you live in a good country like I do just invest there and spend it here.
No one in their right mind would put air conditioning in a hallway unless you’re in a 5 star hotel lol do you know how much upkeep fee you would have to pay??!

A high rise is OK for a holiday, but living in one as a permanent residence would drive me absolutely loco. There's much to be said for having a house and garden .

If you think about bying get copies of the owners meeting from the date it was opened to owners/tenants until now.
I know some people would think that this is a lot of money but they have installment option.Nice beautiful place I love it😅.
They don't do loans but the do like 3 installments from what i have seen.
