Hello My Beautiful People! Welcome back to the garden! The temperatures have cooled down from that crazy heat wave and are making me think of fall and all the gorgeous autumn colors.. Today we are using a beautiful fall palette and my Tracie Reed Split Cup with a handle. I'm so excited, lets get started!

I'm using a 24x24 inch gallery wrapped canvas from Artist Loft.
Im trying out something interesting that I saw my friend Fiona from @Fiona-Art do.. she filled her split cup chambers 2/3rds full and then filled the tops with a different color to create a basecoat. I will be using white to create the basecoat layer.
I am pouring the cup from up high, and supporting it with my free hand in order to keep it steady.

I really like the way this piece came out, the colors are popping and really beautiful together. I like the composition and I love the boulder cells. I love the way the bronze blended and gave us beautiful shimmer all through the painting.

Mina I just want to tell you that painting looked beautiful. I wish I could see it tomorrow but my Sundays are spent with my 91 year old dad. He’s the only dad I have and his health is not at its best so I’ll join in another time. But I did want to tell you how beautiful it looked.

It's very very pretty I like to colors I'm not much for gold with the gold sure does sparkle in the one corner where there's a lot of it I like the crimson too just wish there'd been more anyhow good picture after all until next part have a great day

I love this I'm a Newby what do you use for your cells?
Brenda you get cells from your technique and consistency. Using a thinner paint consistency and pouring from up high will create cells in your pour. Thicker paint and pouring close to the canvas gives you less cell structure. Some people use Silicone oil to make cells, but personally I hate cleaning it off after the painting is dry.
From the beginning I saw the fiery dragon. Turn it 90d and you’ll see it
