No access to the Soundtrack details yet, but it sounds like his work indeed. Each composer has this distinct touch (sanodg is way more dubstep, Keiichi Okabe blends classic and electronic sounds really well, Shiina has really fast paced, "happy sounding" music with choirs and violins galore). Given the only composer to work on both Soul Calibur and Tekken is Jun Nakatsuru, and he only did Antares in Tekken 5, I am pretty sure this is Shiina's work.

The older track will always be badass, but I can't deny that this sounds good too, since it is a deviation from Tekken 7's heavily techno-themed soundtrack.
