Vanilla Cherry and Chocolate, my three favorite flavors! Great idea of pashka molds, and I like your idea of using rubber bands for added security. Wow the process was amazing to watch, all that work; but I'm sure that is a beyond delicious treat when ready! The unveiling with the cheesecloth was gorgeous to watch. Thank you so much for sharing!

Very very nice. If one takes so much trouble to make this Easter dessert, now I know why the Russian orthodox have Easter 2 weeks later than the rest of the world. 😊❤️

Hello! I made Paskha for the first time this year and I used cream cheese instead of farmers cheese. While the taste was amazing, it didn't unmold well. Any other suggestions for farmers cheese since I can't find that in my local stores? Or, If cream cheese is ok what amount of it would you recommend? Would it be a one for one substitute for the amount of farmers cheese?

Hello, I have never tried it with cream cheese. My other suggestion would be: make your own farmer's cheese !😊👍To 1 gallon of milk add 1 quart of buttermilk. Leave it overnight in warm places. Next day heat it up. They strain it through cheese cloth and you can use it making Paskha.😍 Good luck and Thank you for watching !🤗❤🌷
