I must say this is a very nicely explained recipe. I never make Indian sweets but attempted this one as the instructions were excellent. The result - now tried and tested two times is unbelievably good. Many thanks for this posting.
Hi madam.. Very nice recipe. I tried and it came well. I made one mistake of adding more kesari, taste tumba ghatu agide. Enadru remedy idya sari madakke plz tilisi.
Hi I like all your recipes... I have tried couple of them and it came out really nice.. and tastes exactly like how my mom cooks back in India(hassan). thanks so much :).. can you plz share how to make godhi haalbai!!
@@SwayamPaaka oh. I live in Michigan. I asked the question because I guessed you also live in USA. Can you give any suggestion on the banali? I’ve been looking to get a good one for so long. Thank you for your response.
My mom used to make Maida flour Barfi, was very smooth and Besan Barfi. Do you have recipes for that too? I like how you explain, very nicely, but pleas list the ingredient measurements. Thank you :) !
Mam I tried badam burfi today the taste is good but it has become sticky please tell where was the fault. Iv tried many of your recipes. All have come out very well. This came very sticky
I would like clarification on the water and milk quantity. are you using regular measuring cup for your recipes and using that to measure your dry and wet ingredients?
just for your clarification, click on the link , that is the measuring cups (same for both dry and wet ingredients) both Mamatha and I use in our cooking videos. Hope it helps to clear the doubts amzn.to/2iOlaTc
+Swayampaaka - ಸ್ವಯಂಪಾಕ this looks proper authentic way.. Even though it takes lot of time, after eating a bite of burfi we will forget the time spent on preparation!!
I tried u'r badam & kaju burfy it's very tasty & everyone likes. Mam Shall I use MTR Badam milk powder for this burfy & tell me the ingridience & steps pls mam.
It's a long process but definitely worth the effort.. I used to do the same way but after few attempts I started doing the microwave method.. Take 1cup of each - almond, sugar and milk.. Remove skin the same way you did n grind using the 1 cup milk then pour everything in a microwave glass bowl and microwave for 10 to 12 mins with one min intervals till you see it's done. After each min take out the bowl and mix it well and microwave again.. Then pour it on a rolling board , roll and cut! It's ready in 15mins !
+Lakshmi Hallimysore I hear from friends the use of microwave oven is easiest way of doing many recipes, but I stopped using it loong back, almost 20 years ago. We do have microwave oven at home(built in ) since it is destroys all the nutrients I am not using it. Thanks for sharing the recipe :)
