Just been going through your videos my brother. Love the channel and glad you’re getting stronger. Keep the faith brother. I had 3 fusions myself I know the pain.
I appreciate the encouraging words 🙏 God bless you brother. I sub’d to your channel! I’m sure I’ll need some of those Ram repairs soon enough 💪 God bless you brother.
@@sstressfl I appreciate the sub my friend. If you ever have any questions on the Ram I’m always around for advice. God bless
So glad you're back and feeling better, can't imagine how difficult it must have been.
Thank you Anton 🙏
Welcome back bro, glad to hear everything went well. Time to ride!
I gotta move into it slow while I regain strength but so looking fwd to it. Thanks so much 🙏
Michael, keep on keepin' on. You're a very special person and you've proven "if He brings you to it, He'll bring you through it". God bless you and your family!🙏
Amen! Thank you Jeanne. I always look forward to your encouraging words 🙏❤️
Hello and I am happy you are now back on your bike and doing well. I am a new sub and your channel was suggested to me by Robert White Photography. Look forward to checking out more of your videos. Enjoy the ride.
Welcome and thank you 🙏 It feels amazing to be back on my bike. Truly feared that it would never happen again. I appreciate the sub! Robert is a great guy 💪😎 God bless you my friend!
I feel your pain I was in an accident a car turned in front of me from the right lane and it fractured mt c7 and c6,5,4 bulging. and I broke my right leg. I never took any pain meds. I found that a helmet support helped a lot riding I got a cheap . ProFox for 41.00 from Amazon. I had the heck brace from the hospital for 2 months 4/28 to 6/20 i got on my new v-strom 800 DE and I love it. you are close to where I lived25 years ago. Probably the best med i have been taking is Meloxicam I have a CDL and cant take things with bad side effects. I have had this for knee pain for about a year and it works great only you cant take any over the counter meds with it. ride on keep up the great attitude.
That neck brace is necessary but it’s persistent torture. Especially at night. So glad you’re riding after such a horrible accident! Wow! That’s very encouraging. I appreciate the share 🙏
DHMC?
Traveling nurses are paid a lot more than staff nurses. That might be the source of some tension.
Glad you are doing well.
I spent 9 weeks, daily, in the radiation oncology waiting room during the same time you went through your experience. That was a real eye opener. I was doing fine, and still am. But, all those terribly sick people, some dying. Every day. Gives you perspective.
You are riding in my neck of the woods. Nice to see the familiar roads and houses. Vermont is a beautiful place.
Be careful with the speed around Woodstock. :)
Yes dhmc. Great group in that spine center! I imagine pay would create tension. I’m so sorry to hear about your own visit to the hospital. Hope you’re doing much better 🙏🙏 These physical ailments have an emotional impact as well as you know. You’re never quite the same afterward. Thankful to grow and learn. My best to you.
I broke my collarbone in a minor crash back in November. Opioids made me feel terrible so I mostly only used them to sleep for the first week. Was off the bike for 14 weeks. I know it's not as long as you (really glad to see you back, by the way!) but I feeeeeeeeeel that.
That first ride, that first little ride down the coast in the sun... It was beautiful. Truly, deeply beautiful.
Glad you're back!
Oh wow I have heard of the terrible pain that comes from a broken collar bone. I'm so glad you healed up and yes yes yes that first ride..... such a blessing 🙏 Its so good to be back. Thank you for sharing!
Sounds like you really went through it. My family is headed to Disney at the end of the month , I am going to make sure to be careful .... Glad to see you back riding. 🙏 Praise Lord!
Thank you brother! Amen! Praise Jesus 🙏 Enjoy your trip to Disney. Prayers for safe travel 🙏🙏🙏
What happened!? Why did you get vertebral fusion surgery!? Happy to hear you are on 2 wheels! Ride safe brother!
About 4 years ago I hit my head and damaged some discs. It never stopped hurting but not bad enough to do anything about it. Eventually something popped in my neck and the real pain came. 2023 was a rough one. Glad to be healing and getting stronger 🙏 Thanks brother!
Refreshing to here your Joy again. From a mess to trying to live the best. Keep the miles coming.
Thank you so much 🙏 praying for many miles to come 🙏
Give me a heads up for a gap ride or if you’re coming up to Burlington. Be well.
I sure will Mike! I hope it will be this summer 🙏
Awesome !!! (C6-c7) is in my future … not near the pain you had… but I have damage and some pain all the time.
Noooo!!! I’m sorry to hear it. Mine was c7-c5. Praying for your rapid healing and comfort brother 🙏
This video made me so happy. God bless Mike!
@@robertwhitemotothank you brother 🙏
That was an awesome ride! I am so glad that you made it through all of that and you are healing. You are truly blessed! I've never gotten back on a bike since my accident, but I remember how fun it was to ride. Just watching and hearing the joy in your voice while riding is so heartwarming. So glad you're back at it. Thanks for telling your story & thanks for the video. ❤🎉
I appreciate your kind words 🙏 very encouraging. Sad to hear you haven’t been on a bike again. Are you still playing bass? You make it look effortless 🙌
@sstressfl I do still play once in a while, but just for fun. That accident was when I was 15 and riding my dad's Honda 750...what a blast, but made me afraid of traffic (on a bike). You're doing it the right way, away from everyone out in the beautiful country. ♥️
@@Vineyardedge Traffic is terrifying on a bike. I rode in college (Pensacola FL) to class and back for a couple years. I had no gear. I rode in shorts, t-shirt, helmet and a pair of vans! I stopped riding for 25 years! But I picked it up again for exactly the reason you mentioned. Beautiful, almost-no-traffic, rural roads! Best riding I've ever experienced.
@@sstressfl that was me too...lucky I didn't wipe out while riding in a bikini! I was so dumb. I thank Jesus every day that I am functioning properly. That accident you had on the playground was a real eye opener and shows just how fast your life can be changed. My bff just tripped over her hose and broke her hip last week, so I am moving about carefully. Godspeed, Mike!
👍🏼Keep it rubber-side down mate.
Peace 🌱
Thank you man you too!! 🙏
A happy story like yours makes everyone happy. Heard about you on the RWP channel. I couldn't help but think of Jacob Marley of The Christmas Carol fame when you described tying your lower jaw to the top of your head. It is a long twisty road we navigate.
That’s a nice thing to say. We all have our roads, for sure! What’s the RWP channel? Appreciate the feedback my friend 🙏
@@sstressfl Robert White Photography 🙏
@@jgoogleheim8880 Of course! God bless you brother 🙏
Wow! Didn’t know you were down. Hope all is well.
Thank you 🙏 mending up thanks to the grace of the Lord and an amazing surgeon and his team 👍
So exactly, how did you hurt your neck??
Right before surgery with enough pain meds I took a ride…. Thinking it could be my last ride… and explained what I was going through. ruclips.net/video/J69FRK-nrZI/видео.htmlsi=2jf2Ja1hsJCGEitU
Bonjour et prenez un maximum de plaisir en roulant prudemment ✌️
Merci 🙏
