Turn on closed captions for commentary on the clear for an explanation of the strategy! This was a joint project with Katsuga from LD. We had theorised and finally completed R36 with 13 operators two days before this run, same squad plus Mudrock. Mudrock was only used to block the Reborn from the left lane hater, and to bait Artillery afterwards. Because of this, we thought that cutting her would be easy, but it turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Firstly, Nian cannot hold the reborn for long, we needed the artillery strike to come earlier. This required baiting Manfred in phase 2 with Skalter and NG, which in turn made the DP crunch of phase 2 significantly worse. We had to limit the deployments of as many operators as possible to zero or one in the first phase to have enough DP, and the timings were very tight to just finish the reborn. Secondly, after the right side stall setup is up, we need to bait artillery. I thought that Nian barely redeploys in time, as with a 70s redeploy and +70% redeploy time, her redeploy time is 119 seconds (cannon has a SP cost of 120, hitting every 121 seconds due to SP lockout). However, I had missed that the tag was actually +75% redeploy time. This forces a very precise retreat of Liskarm to bait the artillery with Monster instead (due to deploy limit 5). Most runs were lost here or to the slug spawn RNG on the artificer right before it. In addition to Katsuga, Mes and everyone else from LD who discussed the clear with me and supported me along the way, I also want to thank Himi who provided me with a Gnosis S1 to practice on JP. Sadly, I couldn't do the clear on my own account due to the Kal P5 pot check and ridiculous amount of DP potentials required.
This is quite possibly the coolest niche run I have ever seen, and it might be for a very, very long time. I practiced for days to try and get the frame perfect retreat timing down for the cannon retreat and I could maybe only do it one out of ten times. The fact that you retreat and deploy operators at frame-perfect moments so many times in this run is absolutely fantastic. 11/10.
@@Vadikus2424 Guard 3x cost and artillery hitting stealthed enemies makes Silverash not very strong. He would have made phase 2 much easier though, I was considering adding him to save the run if I wasn't able to finish the strat
@@ppltn tbh it's kinda an expected combo with a full team like this, there is no way you can cycle your squads for DP with the increase redeployment time risk.
@@PhantomShibe It's not a full team, only 12 ops are brought. Getting to 12 from 13 was already extremely hard, and going below 12 is likely impossible. Even with the artillery carrying, the stage just plays completely different when all the best DPS's are either gimped or unusable. NTR in particular is an extremely strong enabler for low op counts, but her S1 is impossible to set up with the high damage enemies and artillery strikes everywhere
The combination of two stalling strategies! When I saw Gnosis S1 + Saileach(less then Pot 5) stalling tactic, I little expected S1knights is able but anyway I was just admiring it while watching. Good work! :D
I had very poor consistency with the retreats playing on mobile as well, but then I realised I can do the pause buffering on the computer. I use scrcpy to record, it mirrors the phone screen and you can make inputs with it too but the input delay is around a second, far too much for gameplay. For pause buffering though, it doesn't matter, as you already know what inputs to make. Improved my consistency to like 90%
nice run and i always had the idea of using underrated skills(or least used) for a challenge i stopped playing because my potato tablet cant handle arknights anymore updates after updates so its constantly lagging
@@etgamer16 way easier than the others. Almost half the enemies in CC7 kill themselves (smarties, so as long as you can work around their explosion dmg, you're fine), and Free had pretty low damage for a CC boss esp since one of his tags would cause him to spend 50% of the time charging his shield instead of attacking.
So where can one sign up for the neural nanomachine implant? Asking for a friend? This was one incredible clear, that Liskarm retreat at the end there, smh hmmmm mhmm.

Kaltsit, my favorite cannon artillery engineer
Build your own artillery strike now for the low low price of 37.99 DP!

There's an easy trick to get it right, as soon as you see the bar for the cannon going down is when you retreat your operator.
Go to 1x speed, when you see the flickering ! in the triangle next to the bar change to a red colour, retreat your operator
I wish CC clears were like this video, good gameplay showing in the vid and clear explanations of whats happening in the subtitles. Good clear!
I expect that Skalter + Masolisk combo here. Truly a goated clear
Absolutely based and Rexpilled music choices btw
Yeah, we rely on the artillery so much that Skalter Lisk NG is really the only way to get enough charge to get through the first phase.

I was looking forward to seeing this clear. Brilliantly done.
I love how the music works so well with the editing! All the hype parts play at just the right moments. Good stuff ppltn!
Thank you! The pacing of this CC gives you a nice mix of calm and tense moments to edit around
Absolutely amazing clear. And the detailed captions is a nice touch.
Man that monst3r timing near the end got my butt clenched. Amazing clear!!!
I was so happy to get it I almost failed the Cantabile deployment right after >_>
I love Nian so much and I'm so happy to see that she's part of incredible clears like this, glad she still gets some love thanks to those shields
Wow, this clear was amazingly executed! Well done.
This is such a cool run! Thank you for the clear!

there's actually a third S1 stall as well, Irene S1 + Ch'en S1, I believe E1 lvl max used it
My man looked at max risk and said "it's not hard enough" and then decided to make to 10x times harder.
I'm more impressed by you being able to save Cantabile from a ballistic missile than anything. XD
Wish it were easier on mobile

This is the most impressive clear I've ever seen
The map gets very challenging when your best true damage is Monster explosion, I'm happy that it shows in the clear

Hearing Witcher music in Arknights clear was not something I expected to hear today but it was nice surprise nonetheless.
Nice clear btw.
Truely amazing wow
LETS GOOOO
This is the better BROKEN template
As Most People will say That Is Very Impressive 👏👏
I am now left wondering what were the other 3 Niches that have gotten a Max Risk before 🧐
Vanguards, Males and 5* in CC7
@@ppltn That’s Interesting

GG
I just realised that the missile colour changes to blue if you have the missile risk, i think.
Holly damn
infinity-time tactics... what a cosmic horror;;;
Did manfred's 4.6s attack ever get figured out or did you just deal with it by sacrificing NG after cage?
I couldn't figure it out, so yeah, NG had to get sacrificed
Wow
