Probably the best and fairest review of this guitar, great work. I think you confirmed a lot of my initial thoughts about it. Straight out of the box it looks very impressive, but once you dig a little deeper, things like the excessive lacquer, cheap tuners and overall finish make it clear why it was such an under the radar release. I'll be very interested to see how it looks and sounds once you've done some of the modifications you mentioned. Thanks for posting this review! Ps: Great playing too 🎸

Top Marcelo! Dá pra trocar os pots pelos F holes cara, é um pouco complicado mas acho que manteria a originalidade dela, sobre o verniz, você só passa a lixa mesmo ou tem um procedimento especial? Tô querendo deixar a minha na madeira igual a do Lennon.
Fala cara, é o seguinte eu sei que dá pra puxar pelos F holes eu ate ja fiz isso pra botar treble bleed mas trocar tudo é meio dor de cabeça, e eu to sempre mexendo ai pode ser que eu faça a placa atras, nao sei ainda.. mas quero trocar pelo menos os pickups, quanto ao tirar o verniz eu tirei do braço ontem ficou show tocabilidade melhorou.. e o corpo eu não sei ainda mas ficou bem maneiro mais vintage o look, a guitarra eh muito gloss demais chegar a incomodar de leve, se vc olhas as gibson e ou as antigas elas não são assim.. mas independente disso eh um lance que eu sempre desgostei.😅 mas a gente vai vendo 😊 E sim eu uso lixa, de 800 até 1200.. bem fina.. na real se vc passar cera novamente o brilho volta. Da pra regredir esse processo. ;) pra deixar igual a do Lennon vai ser bem mais difícil o processo.. mas da pra fazer talvez com lixa mais grossa facilite mas tem que ir bem devagar.
