Operators like you are gold to a company, quick and precise, and all times that you put the bucket on the ground you fiil it. Hand signals save on some paint. Or use that swivel and save them painted good "dots" yourself

Hes checking the grade ( elevation) the orange dot tells me itat the right elevations to that point.

He's making sure I'm digging to the proper elevation. The paint dot is telling me the elevation is good up to that point.
