You didn't, the dummy is suppossedly to be a combo testing character which doesn't heal overtime, BUT. A Player CAN heal overtime and slowly which is why it has a different outcome than the actual result you expected
Hey you could do 70 dmg with just m1 and 1 move here it is 3 m1 downslam side dash and dash when they get up perfectly and 3m1 use bullet move dash to them 3 m1 and bam 70 dmg wth 1 move and just m1s

Try m1x3+downslam, 1 , wait 0.5s then 3, 2, dash + m1x4, 2 (again). This combo deal 90% dmg(I tried)
