Thank you for providing a fairly accurate representation from ~12:20.~13:30the Baha’i Faith does not teach that all the religions are exactly the same or that the Faiths or their followers have the same UNDERSTANDING of the nature of God. It teaches they are all divine in origin, and share common unchanging laws and ordinances-eg, prayer, fasting, charity, respect for parents, etc…but each Faith also has specific ones that suit the needs of the times in which they were promulgated.

According to Wikipedia, Mr. Walter Ralston Martin passed on June 26, 1989. So, as of this writing I will not be able to address him directly. Therefore, I direct my responses to whomever siding with his comments. Bahai Faith was founded in Islamic society of Persia (now called, Iran) in 19th century. The same that Christianity was founded in the judaic society. In fact, Christ was also referred to as "King of the Jews". I believe, this much most people agree on. Hence, if Baha'i Faith "... owes ..." to Islam then Christianity owes to Judaism, and every other religion must be "owing" to whatever society in which they were born. Reading between the lines, it appears that Mr. Martin was aiming to belittle the Baha'i Faith by associating it with the persona of Islam the way Islam has been portrayed in 21st century through the media in the West. On the note of "Esperanto", it was never specified by Baha'u'llah to be the auxiliary language of choice; only that there is a need for an auxiliary language through which the entire humanity can communicate. The adoption of a common auxiliary language is yet another aspect of supporting the unification of the world of humanity. In regard to issue of "... abolishing the wealth and poverty ..." mentioned around video time of 11:38, it has been VERY poorly mis-quoted. The Baha'i writings CLEARLY state that the "extremes" of wealth and poverty need to be abolished. The writings further elucidate that there will always be individuals that would exert more efforts relative to other individuals and therefore would deserve to make greater earnings, etc. Therefore, the difference of economics will be there minus the extremes polarities as witnessed in the current time. At this point, I stopped watching/listening to rest of the presentation since this presentation is apparently fraught with information INTERJECTED with mounds of mis-information. In the movies with special effects, this is called "inter-cutting" where special effects (fake scenes) are interwoven in-between real scenes in order to blur the reality and fiction. He was not trying to give a complete expose of another faith but he was giving an overview of Bahai. The Bertrand Russel episode is a false dichotomy. It is not an either/or question. Arbitrarily setting up monotheism as the determining factor does not prove that other religions are not authentic. Baha'i explains why there are supposedly contradictory doctrines between the world's religions. Baha'i is not synchronistic it has has a very rigorously authenticated revealed scripture that is not borrowed for previous sources but directly from God. It is interesting to deeply, respectfully and objectively examine the lives, character and teachings of each of the manifestations. They are unique in history if simply for the fact that each has founded a religion that has endured for hundreds or thousands of years. Each of these religions has produced saintly persons and has effected a spiritual transformation in its followers and continues to do so in spite of the corruption of the original teachings that religions all fall prey to. In this respect there is no observable difference between the 'fruits' for each one. Baha'i teaches that all the religions are chronologically progressive guiding humankind to an increasingly greater capacity to progress in both spiritual and societal development. This talk is a testament to why Baha'u'llah encourages everyone to engage in the independent investigation of truth.

It’s obvious that the Bahai folks showed up in force to take down Dr. Martin. From what I’ve read at Bahai.org, it’s a lot of tiring philosophy that sounds pious and erudite but goes no where and promises nothing. I do believe it will help to promote the one world religion of the anti-Christ which will deceive most of the people of the earth who when times get really bad will be looking for answers and will be in a vulnerable state and willing to believe lies. I gather that it is related somehow to Islam, which makes sense, as the two put forth a front of pious words but deny the Lord, Christ Jesus.

It says the parliaments of the world must either create a new language or choose one of the existing languages. Dr. Martin interjected the Esperanto idea on his own. After stating that he would let our teachings speak for us, he presented some of his own false impressions.

As a believer in Christ, I'm convinced that believers must not bad-mouth anyone. It turns people away from religion, and thus away from God. What is of God will prevail. Christianity is the religion of God who is eternal. God’s word to man was first written 3,000 years ago. In that time many of the prophecies have occurred. For example, Micah the prophet, 700 B.C., approximately foretold that Jerusalem would be laid in ruins. In 70 A.D., Titus besieged the city as Roman general and laid waste to it. Bahai.org states “we are able to reflect the divine attributes to the extent that we cleanse the mirrors of our hearts.” Christianity says that man is dead in sin, seeks to do evil, is bound up in it, and only by the grace of God can man be sanctified. You left out the part where Baha'u'llah clearly teaches that He is spiritually equal to Jesus in every way and His teachings are God's Word. If that is actually true why would I believe your personal opinions?
From it's foundation the Baha'i faith has considered Yeshua (Jesus ) a true prophet of God. Yet these false teachers propose to divide the community of Earth with accusations .
The reason is that Yeheshuah is much more than a true Prophet of God; He is the Messiah, the Savior and the Incarnation of the Creator. Bahai does not acknowledge that truth.

Revelation 1:7 where it says: “every eye shall see him”, is all St. John who is saying it and not Jesus. 2. If the verse “every eye shall see him” literally means, “every eye shall see him, then you are left to explain Luke 3:6 which is indicating a prophecy from the book of Isaiah 40:5 being fulfilled at the time of John the Baptist and Christ’s first coming. In that verse, it also says that “all flesh (all people on earth) had seen the Salvation of God”. Here is the verse from Luke 3:6: “And all people will SEE God’s salvation.’” LUKE is quoting Isaiah 40:3-5 who had predicated the coming of Jesus the Christ and that’s why it appears in future tense. But Luke 3 is emphasizing the fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy at the time of John the Baptist and Jesus. So you need to explain HOW did all the people (all flesh) on earth actually SAW with their own eyes God’s salvation?! I studied about all the religions and Bahai faith is the only religion that brings peace and harmony on this earth. People are moving towards Bahai faith because they feel respected and not being judged. There is no heaven or hell. This is how 'Mullaz' in Islam in middle east countries or people like you in Christianity scares people. God is not a punisher. If anyone do wrong, when they die, they stay in a place to learn and to complete what they didn't learn in this world before they pass on further and get closer to the light of God. The TRUE purpose of our life on this earth, in relation to God and religion, is to acquire heavenly virtues. But if we choose to ignore these virtues and not pursue them in this life, then we shall go somewhere we can focus more wholly on the cultivation of our divine gifts from God.

The Only Jesus Christ that is, is the one who was crucified on the cross under Pontus Pilate, was dead for 3 days. Then physically and spiritually rose from the Grave. Thank you for providing a fairly accurate representation from ~12:20.~13:30the Baha’i Faith does not teach that all the religions are exactly the same or that the Faiths or their followers have the same UNDERSTANDING of the nature of God. It teaches they are all divine in origin, and share common unchanging laws and ordinances-eg, prayer, fasting, charity, respect for parents, etc…but each Faith also has specific ones that suit the needs of the times in which they were promulgated.

According to Wikipedia, Mr. Walter Ralston Martin passed on June 26, 1989. So, as of this writing I will not be able to address him directly. On the note of "Esperanto", it was never specified by Baha'u'llah to be the auxiliary language of choice; only that there is a need for an auxiliary language through which the entire humanity can communicate. The adoption of a common auxiliary language is yet another aspect of supporting the unification of the world of humanity. In regard to issue of "... abolishing the wealth and poverty ..." mentioned around video time of 11:38, it has been VERY poorly mis-quoted. The Baha'i writings CLEARLY state that the "extremes" of wealth and poverty need to be abolished. The writings further elucidate that there will always be individuals that would exert more efforts relative to other individuals and therefore would deserve to make greater earnings, etc. Therefore, the difference of economics will be there minus the extremes polarities as witnessed in the current time. At this point, I stopped watching/listening to rest of the presentation since this presentation is apparently fraught with information INTERJECTED with mounds of mis-information. In the movies with special effects, this is called "inter-cutting" where special effects (fake scenes) are interwoven in-between real scenes in order to blur the reality and fiction.

It’s obvious that the Bahai folks showed up in force to take down Dr. Martin. As a believer in Christ, I'm convinced that believers must not bad-mouth anyone. It turns people away from religion, and thus away from God. What is of God will prevail. From it's foundation the Baha'i faith has considered Yeshua (Jesus ) a true prophet of God. Yet these false teachers propose to divide the community of Earth with accusations .

1. Revelation 1:7 where it says: “every eye shall see him”, is all St. John who is saying it and not Jesus.
2. If the verse “every eye shall see him” literally means, “every eye shall see him, then you are left to explain Luke 3:6 which is indicating a prophecy from the book of Isaiah 40:5 being fulfilled at the time of John the Baptist and Christ’s first coming. In that verse, it also says that “all flesh (all people on earth) had seen the Salvation of God”.
Here is the verse from Luke 3:6:
“And all people will SEE God’s salvation.’”
LUKE is quoting Isaiah 40:3-5 who had predicated the coming of Jesus the Christ and that’s why it appears in future tense. But Luke 3 is emphasizing the fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy at the time of John the Baptist and Jesus. So you need to explain HOW did all the people (all flesh) on earth actually SAW with their own eyes God’s salvation?!

And yes, without the doubt, Bahá’u’lláh is the return of Christ, and the number of proofs for that are astronomical. Your biblical knowledge and insights seem to be very very narrow and limited if you are taking Walter Martin as a serious scholar. Calling one self a Christian does not make one a Christian. In a survey about 15 years ago if I recall correctly 70 to 80% of the people in the United States referred to themselves as Christian but only seven or 8% actually believed the essential doctrines of the Christian faith. Mixing Christianity with any other faith or religion is sacrilege. Jesus said...I'm the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the father but thru me. Christianity is not a religion, it's the ONLY way to life thru Christ alone. Bahaullah was borne a sinner and died a sinner. He had earthly parents, he was conceived and borne in sin. Bahaullah is no different than any other so called prophet who wanted to make a name for himself, just like Muhammad. Christ is the only entity that was not conceived in sin, did not have biological earthly parents, was borne absoliutly sinless, the blood of Emanuel was in His veins, meaning He was spotless, Holy, and perfect, and was crucified and buried and rose again on the third day in the flesh. Christ is the only entity that doesn't have a grave. Just because you are nice to people and want to do good,...etc don't mean that you are sent from God. Although doing good is always praiseworthy but there have been many people throughout history who have done wonderful things for humanity; Saint Francis of Assisi is just to name one. Also, God will not become flesh in a sinful nature as you Bahais claim. Next, there's no mention of Bahaullah anywhere in the Holy Bible, not even a hint, although I've seen Bahais twist the Holy Bible to satisfy their narrative, but sorry, those of us who know the Bible will not fall for that.
