Mater goes to the carnival could definitely work as a Tales from radiator springs episode But it just doesn't work for Maters Tall Tales 1. He doesn't have an occupation 2. Its not a flashback 3. Mater dosent involve Lightning in the story 4. The episode starts off at the story and not Mater at radiator springs ("I used to be a....) 5. Mater doesnt prove the story to be real at the end because again its not a flashback. On The other hand if Runway mater had lightning in it then it DEFINETELY could of worked, Shamed that it was cancelled.
