I got this to add a plague doctor mask, turning him into a plague doctor hunter to go along the red death doc nocturnal plague doctor. Possibly going create a plague doctor hunter squad of three
Best mezco ever made, bold statement

The only things holding the figure back are the cheek lines being way too prominent and the thin pegs on the scabbards/holster.
I don't know if this is being ignored or slept on. It's sold out at most places, Mezco store and BBTS included. There's obviously demand for this figure.
Nah. I actually have receipts of alot of people in my Mezco Facebook group saying they were passing on him because they had no connection to the character.
@@BATBOMB82in the uk there are loads of him about right now, I don’t know if mezco put more into my country because he is a english character. But it also stacks up with what you’re saying about people passing on him. I just picked him up. After your brilliant review i just thought “why not?” Considering how much of a grail Conan has become inside the community, i think it’s a really safe gamble really. He’s extremely well made and has all the right bells and whistles and is appealing and dare i say “unique”
In today’s times this guy would be well past the asking price imo. He’s a no brainer.
I think Mezcos best are all their sword and sorcery figures. Death Dealer and both Conans and of course now Solomon Kane. I really hope they start pumping out more characters like this because it's were Mezco really shines

Hell yeah, I bought this because it simply looked so cool. Don't know much about Solomon Kane other than there was a movie about him some years ago. Glad to hear he is a fantastic figure!

Anthony, I have been eagerly awaiting Solomon Kane since I pre-ordered him from Mezco. The wait..now I see folks with him and it is killer. I got to know him through back up stories in Conan comics. I cannot wait to pose him. Especially with John Constantine. The puritan and the bastard. I strong contender for both Mezco figure of the year and higher price point figure of the year. A rapturous review ✌️

Mezco figures looks funny to my eyes as if they're stumpy or misproportioned. I feel like my eyes are used to Mafex and SH Figuarts human-like proportions. I'm not sure if Mezcos has short torsos, long necks, oversized heads or maybe have hands, arms and legs that are too girthy for the body. I can't put my finger on it, but everytime I look at a Mezco figures, my brain tells me there is something wrong with the proportions.
