Ricard Connell's two-fisted thriller owes a bit to Bram Stoker's DRACULA! The narrative has been copied and plundered for too many pulp fictions to be mentioned here. I've seen variations on these themes from TV's The Outer Limits to motion pictures such as PREDATOR. In 1932 the creators of KING KONG made this classic tale into a feature film a year before their giant ape appeared on movie screens! Oscar nominated Makeup FX Artist Ed French narrates the mayhem!
Beautiful voicework
Man, my favorite narrator. I really miss Who Goes There. Thanks for the all the work~!
Fantastically performed!!(:
Appreciate that, Sirulian. This is what they used to call a "ripping yarn!" I think it still "rocks." General Zaroff is the original "party animal." Thanks, as ever for listening. E.E.F.
One of my favourite short stories and I only just discovered you covered it, Ed.
Marvelous. ❤
Great recording, really well acted. If only poor Ivan had a line you could have read 😆
Thanks Chris. Poor old Ivan reminds me of "Mongo" (or whatever his name is in BLAZING SADDLES) . -Just a pawn in the chess game of life-or whatever he says. E.E.F.

Over familiar plot. You made it all seem fresh again Great perfomances as both hero and villain.
Oh, ABSOLUTELY. This plot has been ripped off endlessly, but Thanks, Kieth. It was enjoyable to play hammy old Count Zaroff. Be well. E.E.F.
Thanks a bunch dear Edward.🇷🇺
