Music Hub capital grant for musical instruments, equipment and technology. July 2024 video briefing

Music Hubs are partnerships between schools, local authorities, community groups, music organisations, the industry, and more. They are coordinated by a Hub Lead Organisation. Arts Council England is investing over £101 million in new Music Hub Lead Organisations on behalf of the Department for Education to ensure every child in England has access to high-quality music opportunities in and outside of school.
This investment includes a £25 million capital grant for musical instruments, equipment and technology. In this video briefing, Arts Council England and the Department for Education explain everything new Hub Lead Organisations need to do for the capital grant ahead of the new Music Hub programme in September 2024.
