You're a one hit wonder, Vince. 1997-98 was your only good year. you sucked in WCW and ran it to the ground, and then you ruined lolTNA in 2010-11.
Cornette had the mid-90s and developing OVW 2002-04 class.
Heyman had ECW, Smackdown 2002-03, and working wit Lesnar and Roman in the 2010-20s.
McMahon, Cornette, Herman are all better than you, Russo. However, your 1997-98 run still clears anything Tony Khan has done in 5 years of running AEW. Better than Jarrett and Dixie. So at least you're not the worst booker ever.

ECW went out of business with workers not being paid and declining viewership. Smackdown's viewership never improved either.

There is so many things you said that are not factual. (1) You said Cornette had the mid 90s. WWE was on the verge of going out of business in the mid 90s with Cornette prior to Vince Russo coming aboard. His Smoky Mountain Wrestling also did not last long and went out of business. (2) You said Russo ruined TNA in 2010. We all know that is not true. Dixie Carter brought in Hogan and Bischoff and they were put in charge, which started on the January 4th, 2010 episode of Impact. (3) He didn't run WCW into the ground. The product was dying before he got there, and while he was there the average ratings were always higher when he was there compared to when he wasn't there. If you want I can break down the numbers. Also, although he was under contract, Russo was not there the last 6 months of WCW's existence where the average rating was at its lowerst, a 2.3.
97-98 two of the biggest years ever with Russo writing.
Russo one of the only guys who helped that sinking ship WCW produce some good stuff before the end. Politics and mismanagement killed the company.
And TNA's biggest years were with Russo writing. Dixie killed TNA.

The crazy thing is that I see videos all the time. Always attacking Vince Russo but yet he's the one that they are claiming is irrelevant. How can a man be irrelevant when his name is always coming out your mouth?

Here's how irrelevant wrestling is. The Rock comes back a couple of weeks ago and non wrestling outlets cover this. Something can interest the lapsed fans who have been chased away. What do the niche audience say? "But what about Cody?" Cody couldn't draw if you gave him a packet of crayons. Pro wrestling chased away the normies and embraced the neckbeards and folk like Sapp having a following in that community shows this perfectly.
Exactly. The weirdos made wrestling their “safe space” and ruined it. Meltzer, Sapp, Hausmen, Tony Khan, they would be at th absolute bottom of the social order in any high school
I wondered about this as a Millennial who watched wrestling exclusively during the Attitude Era and WCW Nitro when the NWO took over. I stopped watching after about 2005. I had no idea wrestling fans post-Attitude Era were a bunch of SJW self absorbed eggheads. What the heck happened in twenty plus years? My goodness.

Actually 1997-1999 in WWE. He went to WCW in late 1999. And I think he was a part of TNA starting in 2002, if I remember correctly.
When it was good, Russo was writing it. I have no interest in any other eras of WWF than the Russo period. It was gold, watching it in real time.
I honestly can't even stomach the clips of these dirtsheet marks but Sapp sounds like a right sap, Vince. You can almost smell the mark-B.O. wafting off the screen when they talk.
Isn't it hypocritical when they badmouth Vince Russo as 'bitter and irrelevant' whereas they couldn't say the same thing with Cornette and Bischoff?
We hear Cornette badmouthing AEW because of Tony Khan's bad booking yet these "marks" never even daresay, "Oh! Cornette's f-bombing AEW because he is irrelevant! Therefore, Cornette needs a job desperately in AEW!" (But that doesn't mean WWE is exempted from the 'wrath' of Cornette).
Even Bischoff (who led the downfall of TNA and WCW) criticized Tony Khan's booking and yet, these marks also didn't criticize Bischoff as "desperately" looking for a job?

After listening to some of your pods, I can't help but be a fan as well; you seem very open-minded, logical, and enthusiastic when it comes to wrestling and storylines and I can't understand why good ol' Corny hates you so much hahaha
I think VKM was one of the best heels ever and I thought of something that hopefully I can get your take on: with the success of the Attitude Era and a No-BS approach in the 90's, do you think wrestling could have turned around during the #MeToo movement and after Vince's NDA issue, he could have had another great run as a heel and just owned a "misogynistic" gimmick?
I'm 36 so the Attitude Era was a highlight for me and with everything being so soft and PG now, I think pro wrestling could have really changed for the better if Vince owned the #MeeToo narrative and just been like, "Dammit, I'm VINCENT KENNEDY MCMAHON and I do what I want!"
