I've heard the leaked record a couple days ago, no spoilers but honestly I think the choice of singles was pretty weak considering the rest of the album.
They could've easily picked some other tracks, having said that Better Days definitely deserves it, very poppy song. Diamond in the Dark could've easily replaced the title track as the second single.

This is probably my favorite solo Liam song, especially the Rockfield version. I really like his rhythm, his structure, the instruments and I love the moment towards the closing part where Liam sings "Desperate Eyes" ... His voice in this song fits perfectly and he is very comfortable. I love this song!!!!!

Summer 2022, 16 years old: hangin' out to everywhere with my friends, with this beautiful melodie which has quickly entered into my head. Beautiful and bad moments, as everyone. But now most of them have left me alone and it's really impossible listening to this song and don't cry. I hope they're crying too, remembering those moments. Glad the people who were teens during the'80, '90 and '00, when the friendship was an important thing...

Banger.. I'm liking the variety in this new album so far. little over produced but that's the modern way.
That's always existed in the UK. I'm more refering to things that are played or trying to be played on mainstream radio stations, like Liam is trying to do.
It is definitely Liam's best album, the most experimental, daring, and at the same time relaxed. "IM FREE" is a spectacular song.

I also really love free, I think along with diamond in the dark, they're of the best on the album. I also like the bonus tracks on the deluxe edition and love that Liam has two songs on this album that he wrote alone.
