California...Greetings from Bavaria! Because of Songs like this i had always thought that Carter & Shakespeare were a Song-Writing Team from the USA, and that Shakespeare was an Alias for somebody who wrote the Lyrics (Leant to the famous Poet William). To me there was no connection to the Ivy League or Stephens & Carter.

Gillian Shakespeare explained that she had the idea for that Lyrics from Magazines she once buyed. (Sorry for my late response. I had to join the beaches. Maybe that music forced me to do so🏄♂)
