I got to know this great band through the ESC and loved 'Blood and Glitter' from the beginning. Then I listened through the extensive discography in the last few months and I have to say that the album 'Judas' is something very special.
Da geht man zu MAIDEN nach Stuttgart, steht Front of Stage und wir von den Emotionen eurer Musik völlig vereinnahmt. Musik direkt ins Herz, Menschen denen man die Freude ansehen kann ... Ihr habt mein musikalisches Leben bereichert und mir bleibt nur ein ganz großes DANKESCHÖN, alleine wegen EUCH hat sich Maiden gelohnt.😘

I recently discovered you from France, I listened very carefully to your double album, and I can simply say that it is exceptional! a masterpiece of high level music as I have rarely heard, a remarkable recording quality, your work will mark its time and will be part, in my humble opinion, of the best metal albums of all time! this is your "black album" to you, I hope that your great work will be recognized in its proper measure, again a big bravo gentlemen, we can only bow to such talent!

The main thing I like about this album is the emotion and pauses in the rifts. It brings a different intensity to it all.

Die Doku auf der DVD ist so interessant, es war super spannend den Entstehungsprozess des Albums zu sehen! 🖤 Ich hab so viele Monate voller Vorfreude auf das Album gewartet und jetzt ist es endlich da und läuft in Dauerschleife. 🥰🙌 Es ist so wunderschön geworden!

religious or not, this album is a gothic masterpiece telling a deep emotional story. It is best experienced chronologically (as pretty much all of LotL albums)
This album especially chronologically because I feel like half the songs beautifully bleed together ~
It is based on some christian themes and quotes that are used as a starting point to tell a story and paint a landscape that not very many christians would look upon approvingly, to put it mildly. For that reason I wouldn't call it religious. :) As for the masterpiece, I can't but agree wholeheartedly. And thanks a lot for the tip to listen to the songs by order.
i think it's really funny when hardcore-ish Christians come to the inverted cross + full black eyes on the cover album expecting it to... affirm their beliefs??? literally where do they come from
What can I say. Lord of the lost continue to evolve. This is a classic album by such a creative band. Chris Harms and his gang deserve such credit for this music which I consider possibly their best album!

since they don't like to use real world languages to not mix religions/cultures with their work. They had problems in the past with people putting hate because of this.

Chris hat doch wieder komplett schwarze Haare. Habe ich im Metalgetöse Interview/Gespräch, von Radio Bob und Rocket Beans TV, über die Grenzen des Metal gesehen. War auch noch mit Schmier und super interessant.
