As he gets older Ice Cube has given me an impression of being slightly socially awkward in interviews. A great example of the difference in "turning on" a booth/stage/screen persona and then being a regular person.
Cube was impressed, he doesn't need to overreact, he paid his respect and truly understood by the end that Harry is something special and Ice Cube is a legend, so underrated in rap and incredibly smarter than most people would think

I have been a huge fan of Ice Cube’s for over 30 years and in all that time I could count on one hand the number of times I have seen him smile, and this is one of those times. In fact it a the most I have seen him smile at a time. Cube was downright giddy here.
First of all, Cube hasn't aged in those 30 years. He still looks great ... And yeah, he smiled more in this one video than he has in the 3 decades I've been following him.

If you know hip hop you wont be so amazed and surprised. The bar is high when rhyming with ice. Cube knew he had to stay calm and truly listen. Real recognize real
It was a bit difficult at times, to hear what Cube said, but I believe this is pretty much word for word. Cube: That was the truth. THAT was the truth right there, yeah, yeah, yeah, without a doubt. Off the dome is the hardest rhyming, it's the hardest rap you can do, is off the dome. And he did it with ease. You a master, you a master at it bro, yeah fo sure baby, without a doubt. If you cut that up into four pieces and Cube said just one of them, it would have been a fantastic compliment. Taken all together, it could not have been more powerful. That was complete and total respect, and could not have been a more flattering praise. It was huge.
Cube ain't called Cube for nothing. A smile and a nod is massive praise.
A lot of people don't know who Charlie Parker is, but that bar and creativity was insane. He was a jazz musician and saxophonist, who started bebop, which was a precursor to hip hop.
