I find that the tashigi are exclusively 2k counters (or else feel really bad to play), so I have removed them in favor of 2 Rebecca. She is moria playable and can draw whatever black card you need more of back to hand (usually a 2k counter, kuzan, or sabo to play rebecca+ sabo for 9 don). I also have gone down to 3 brannew (and have considered 2) after whiffing 8 times in a row with the same navy/donquixote ratios as you. 6c brook is amazing, sometimes. Being unsearchable and a brick every other time means he's on the chopping block when trying new build ideas. Helmeppo is nice but not nice enough imo, since ryuma needs the character to be already rested, Moria->ryuma+helmeppo can only ko an already rested 7c card, which leads me to prefer ice age instead of helmeppo so I can Ice age->lead ability to rest->moria->ryuma+value 2c (blocker or searcher)
I have felt like you can lock down the big characters with the doffy so they lose a lot of their potency - so no need to remove them I think you struggle when you try and remove EVERYTHING and that's how you can run out of resources

No Ice Age? I feel is a must for late game. Ice Age Ryuma any boss monster, or Ice Age Brook even bigger ones
