It's good to know what words mean before you use them, especially when they're foreign to you. Muslims say that not all muslimeen are mu'mineen. In other words, not all Muslims are Believers. This is similar to the words of Jesus: "Not everyone who says to me Lord! Lord! will see my Father's Kingdom." Btw, zero Muslims will see that Kingdom. I’m a Christian in Nigeria. I had numerous Muslim friends back in high school who all gave the same narrative on Jews and Israel as the guy in the video. We lived in a modern military barracks with two big churches and a large central mosque, so everyone lived peacefully. There was a day where we had outside visitors come visit our school, I and four Muslim friends were sitting and chatting under a huge tree when I spotted a black man with a bald cap. I then called their attention to the man thinking he was a Muslim wearing an unusually small taqiyah hat. They all laughed and said he’s a Jew. It then made sense to me at that point. They then proceeded to making harmful remarks about the man based on what they were taught in their mosques, all of which I knew were false. They said things like “Jews are very stone hearted and cruel”, “cursed”, “never forgive and should never be shown mercy” and so on… Our conversation turned into an argument because I knew their understanding was shallow. After a while of friendly arguments, we proceeded to making some research and gaining more insight on Jews and Israel as a whole. I made sure they gained factual knowledge about Jews and Israel which opened their eyes to the real truth. I was glad because I was able to get those harmful logic off their minds and show them the importance of fact checking before making judgments.

It is good to air these views with the audience. Well done TBN. It is important for all concerned to read and understand the holy books, especially relevant to this clip is reading a translation of the Quran into a language they understand because there is a lot more to this subject. I read an English translation. It is not an easy read . Even modern Arabic speakers will find the book difficult to comprehend. On a separate note, I was surprised to see this clip talk of Al-Aqsa mosque while showing the Dome of the Rock (the iconic golden dome). The actual Al-Aqsa mosque is located on temple mount within a hundred meters or so from the Dome of the Rock but the two are not the same. I discovered this fact while exploring the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The Dome of the Rock is just a structure covering the holy rock and site but it is not a mosque. It is interesting that most of the calligraphy near the top of the walls supporting the Golden Dome is about Mary and Jesus!
You ask a valid question. The crux of the video, though, and of the Muslim belief in Mohammed, is that the original religion or faith given by God was actually Islam. This guy is saying that Muslims believe the "righteous path" first given by God to Abraham was later abandoned, and Mohammed was sent to guide people back to that "righteous path," which was always the teachings of Islam. It isn't addressed in this video, but in another video with Caroline Glick, he explains that Muslims believe the Hebrew scriptures are a deliberate alterarion or distortion of history to make it appear as if Jews are the chosen people of God (rather than Muslims) and have some claim to the land. So, this guy is saying that Muslims believe the Jews are descendants of the people who disobeyed Islam in ancient times and were banished from the land (diaspora) and will never have a right to return or claim the land. Muslims see the Jews as a group of people who, through deception, are usurping the blessing of God to the adherants of Islam who have heeded the teachings of Mohammed and returned to the righteous path originally given by God. THAT is why they say Abraham was Muslim. So, in their minds, Islam was not invented by Mohammed. In their minds, Islam was always the righteous path from the beginning, and Mohammed was sent to call people back to that path. In their minds, everyone who answers that call is a true believer or Muslim, and anyone who does not is an infidel.

I ran into similar arguments when in Egypt. An Arab driver I hired was convinced that all the prophets from Moses on up to Jesus were Muslim. Not matter what I said, he would not accept that Islam did not exist until several hundred years after Christ.

I lived, worked, and served in the Middle East for many years. What these guys are saying is spot on. My Iraqi wife, who is Shia, was hated more than me, as an American. Also, I never met an Israeli Palestinian who wanted to live under Palestinian rule, never, not one. When I would talk to them in front of other Jordanians, they would laugh and admit it, the Palestinians were too corrupt.

They even imposed “palestine” passports for the inhabitants of the combined region. So ask yourself: where is the evidence that proves that there was an ancient palestinian State? Where are the old scrolls that describes its history - in it mentioned old Kings, old Rulers, old Governments and Government buildings - where are the old cities, old coins, old ruins, old roads, old harbors, even songs ??? THEY CAN’T SHOW ANY OF THESE MENTIONED ARTIFACTS ! Israel on the other hand CAN show MILLIONS of mentioned history and artifacts that PROVE they belong there. I’m a Christian in Nigeria. I had numerous Muslim friends back in high school who all gave the same narrative on Jews and Israel as the guy in the video. We lived in a modern military barracks with two big churches and a large central mosque, so everyone lived peacefully. There was a day where we had outside visitors come visit our school, I and four Muslim friends were sitting and chatting under a huge tree when I spotted a black man with a bald cap. I then called their attention to the man thinking he was a Muslim wearing an unusually small taqiyah hat.
They all laughed and said he’s a Jew. It then made sense to me at that point. They then proceeded to making harmful remarks about the man based on what they were taught in their mosques, all of which I knew were false. They said things like “Jews are very stone hearted and cruel”, “cursed”, “never forgive and should never be shown mercy” and so on… Our conversation turned into an argument because I knew their understanding was shallow. After a while of friendly arguments, we proceeded to making some research and gaining more insight on Jews and Israel as a whole. I made sure they gained factual knowledge about Jews and Israel which opened their eyes to the real truth. I was glad because I was able to get those harmful logic off their minds and show them the importance of fact checking before making judgments.

Remember there are Christian Palestinians

These are the ideologies of certain players in high places, you might think we're living it now, and you may be right.
But here's the thing, it could always be worse.
And as someone who's mind can wander to some pretty deranged depths, I'm 100% sure that the world we live in is not so far away from an "eye-opener" event that will change the perspectives of the many.
I really hope history is respected and we continue to move forward not sideways.
Take stock of what you have and what you could lose and ask yourself if you own the freedoms that you would give to a member of your family. The answer to that question will determine whether you currently live in a good or bad society, and if you live in the latter, know this; there is always better for you if you bring peace and consideration along for the ride to the other side.

It is good to air these views with the audience. Well done TBN. It is important for all concerned to read and understand the holy books, especially relevant to this clip is reading a translation of the Quran into a language they understand because there is a lot more to this subject. I read an English translation. It is not an easy read . Even modern Arabic speakers will find the book difficult to comprehend.
On a separate note, I was surprised to see this clip talk of Al-Aqsa mosque while showing the Dome of the Rock (the iconic golden dome). The actual Al-Aqsa mosque is located on temple mount within a hundred meters or so from the Dome of the Rock but the two are not the same. I discovered this fact while exploring the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The Dome of the Rock is just a structure covering the holy rock and site but it is not a mosque. It is interesting that most of the calligraphy near the top of the walls supporting the Golden Dome is about Mary and Jesus!

You ask a valid question. The crux of the video, though, and of the Muslim belief in Mohammed, is that the original religion or faith given by God was actually Islam. This guy is saying that Muslims believe the "righteous path" first given by God to Abraham was later abandoned, and Mohammed was sent to guide people back to that "righteous path," which was always the teachings of Islam. It isn't addressed in this video, but in another video with Caroline Glick, he explains that Muslims believe the Hebrew scriptures are a deliberate alterarion or distortion of history to make it appear as if Jews are the chosen people of God (rather than Muslims) and have some claim to the land. So, this guy is saying that Muslims believe the Jews are descendants of the people who disobeyed Islam in ancient times and were banished from the land (diaspora) and will never have a right to return or claim the land. Muslims see the Jews as a group of people who, through deception, are usurping the blessing of God to the adherants of Islam who have heeded the teachings of Mohammed and returned to the righteous path originally given by God. THAT is why they say Abraham was Muslim. So, in their minds, Islam was not invented by Mohammed. In their minds, Islam was always the righteous path from the beginning, and Mohammed was sent to call people back to that path. In their minds, everyone who answers that call is a true believer or Muslim, and anyone who does not is an infidel.

It's basically the story of how Abraham migrated into the levant, the Israeli tribe was founded (still polytheistic practices at the time btw) and started to conquer most of Canaan by attacking/destroying the surrounding kingdoms like Edom, Moab, Phoenicians, Aram...

I just searched for Moriel's book on Amazon. The result was a small view of the Kindel version available in January of 2025, but in the same window was a larger "advertisement" with a video for a book titled, "Spiritual Gems of Islam: Insights & Practices from the Qur'an, Hadith, Rumi & Muslim Teaching Stories to Enlighten the Heart & Mind." Wow!
I ran into similar arguments when in Egypt. An Arab driver I hired was convinced that all the prophets from Moses on up to Jesus were Muslim. Not matter what I said, he would not accept that Islam did not exist until several hundred years after Christ.

I lived, worked, and served in the Middle East for many years. What these guys are saying is spot on. My Iraqi wife, who is Shia, was hated more than me, as an American. Also, I never met an Israeli Palestinian who wanted to live under Palestinian rule, never, not one. When I would talk to them in front of other Jordanians, they would laugh and admit it, the Palestinians were too corrupt.

Palestine or Israel ? There has never been a palestinian State or people. If there were than Jews who also lived there - just as Arabs - are also "palestinians." The Philistines were an Aegean people - related to the Greeks and with no connection ethnically, linguistically, or historically at all with Arabia - they conquered the Mediterranean coastal plain that is now Gaza in the 12th Century BCE. Israel defeated the Philistines back then and drove them out of Gaza. The name Philistine was much later given to Israel by Roman Emperor Hadrian, who's occupation was responsible for several decrees that sought to crush the National identity and religious spirit of the Jews some time after Roman Emperor Titus smashed the Israeli resistance in the year 70 and took most Israelis with them as slaves to spread them all over their huge Empire. But the Roman Empire disappeared and other occupier's toke over the Land such as the Ottoman (Turkish) Empire and the name Philistine was done away with and they renamed the whole region Syria - until the British became the world power and occupier and it was them to rename the whole region Palestina, that is: Syria, Jordan, Israel, a part of Iraq and a part of Egypt combined. They even imposed “palestine” passports for the inhabitants of the combined region. So ask yourself: where is the evidence that proves that there was an ancient palestinian State? Where are the old scrolls that describes its history - in it mentioned old Kings, old Rulers, old Governments and Government buildings - where are the old cities, old coins, old ruins, old roads, old harbors, even songs ??? THEY CAN’T SHOW ANY OF THESE MENTIONED ARTIFACTS ! Israel on the other hand CAN show MILLIONS of mentioned history and artifacts that PROVE they belong there. And don’t come with the Canaanites as ancestors because Abraham is both the original father of both Jews and Arabs. No, it is islam that doesn't tolerate any other religion in (any) region) which is the root of all conflict. We are waiting for the return of the Lord Yeshua / Jesus to bring about peace.
