ALSO IN ANOTHER VIDEO I CAN HARYANA CADRE'S ADM ALSO HAVE BEACON WHATS THE MATTER HERE DO CORRECT ME PLEASE

Let MBA's and other graduates and PG's directly apply and get give an interview only without any written exam, based on merit and capability only. No reservation, nothing. Then see how Indian administration changes. Lots of Respect to DM.

Civil servants can't give opinion on such political issues as they are binded by the civil services conduct rules
