Answer : we use & for the address in which the value of variable is located...
I fully watch c programming made by you.... I really understand good...
Then I follow your c++ I think I will complete in some days some lecture are remaining...

Why &z? 9:30
Coz this is the concept of reference variable in c++ where we make another variable pointing toward same memory address and here &z is pointing toward same address as "aa" so when z.a is done it is referencing toward same memory address as aa so aa.z will be same as z.a which is 10.
